While I understand delays can happen during busy times, my order arrived approximately 30 minutes later than the estimated time—which was understandable. However, I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, and a third topping, and it arrived without any pepperoni—a key ingredient in what was supposed to be a pepperoni pizza.
I called the restaurant to inform them of the issue, not to request a refund or compensation, but simply to let them know. After explaining the situation to a woman on the phone, I was placed on hold. A male staff member then picked up and immediately responded with, “I find that hard to believe,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
I had just spent close to $50 on a medium pizza and 6 wings, with delivery fees and tips nearly matching the food cost. For that price, I expected better customer service and attention to the order details.
The one positive experience was with the DoorDash driver, who provided excellent communication and timely updates throughout the process.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Papa John’s for years, and it never disappoints! The pizza is consistently delicious, I’ve recently tried their chicken pizza, and it’s amazing!
I also had the pleasure of interacting with John, the manager at this location, and he really made the experience even better. He was super friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure our order was perfect. It’s clear that Papa John’s cares about both their food and their customers.
Highly recommend grabbing a slice (or two) from Papa John’s, especially if John’s around to make your experience even better!

I’ve been eating pizza from here almost daily due to the Rays. The best pizza hands down is the super pineapple switched to BBQ sauce instead of red sauce. The pizza is always done before the expected time and is hot. I have yet to be disappointed by this location.

Got good, fast service, the pizza and bread sticks were well made and tasted delicious, the staff had a good attitude and good conversation while I waited for the food to be cooked. Only 12 min. Wait time from time of payment, overall I was happy with the visit, and will return soon.

The pizza is always good here. We ordered a large order pick up consisting of wings, stix, two pizzas, and more. There was a minor issue with our order this time but they happily fixed it with no problem at all. Thank you Simmon and crew for your service we always enjoy your location as our favorite pizza spot.
