bad customer service. waited an hour and a half just to get the wrong pizza.. delivery driver was on the phone walking up to our door and during the delivery process. ordered a cheese and a pepperoni, got a cheese and another cheese with stuffed crust instead.. only good thing was the breadsticks and oreo bites. will not be ordering from this location again.

Complete lack of anything from the establishment, from the food to the people taking the calls to delivery. Waited almost 2 hours for food, they wouldn’t take my call just push me to hold over and over until I had to call from a different phone, they answered right away, conveniently to take your money and send what they think you wanted instead of what you actually order. Today I came back after almost a year of bad experiences in this place.
It was a very pleasant surprise to have a young man so nice helping me, and the pizza quality was excellent!
Keep up the good work!

My past couple visits for pickup after I ordered online has been great, the stuffed crust pizza with 5 toppings, which were good and fresh and by the way is awesome, full of cheese, which usually the crust at other places were half filled or no cheese .. the regular cheese pizza is always my go to.. and I love the garlic butter sauce.. the young man at the counter was friendly and polite.. and if you have a account you earn with each order towards a free pizza.. I definitely recommend stopping here, as well picking up yourself which is fast and my orders have always been ready within 10-15 minutes.

Delivery guy was tipped 20% prior to performance in good faith, only to have him accidentally drop our wings all over the ground and drench our pavers in grease. I was fine with that. What I wasn’t fine with was him telling me to call the office to fix it. I did, I was on hold for 12+ minutes and outsourced with no solutions. What a joke.

What’s the point of scheduling an order for pickup if it’s going to be ready 20 minutes before, sitting there getting cold? Food was still good but not as fresh as you’d hope with a scheduled order. I wouldn’t expect it to be ready perfectly on time, but making it that early is ridiculous.
