They used to be good for delivery, slowly got worse and worse. My meal tonight arrived late and cold, the used a third party “door dash.” I have no problem tipping my Papa John’s deliver, but if I wanted to use a third party app and tip said third party app; I wouldn’t have used your app.

The first papa John’s didn’t have our order because they lost power. We ordered again, drove across town to this location and the pizza tracker said our pizzas were done. We talked to the cashier, he said coming out now. But 30 minutes later they realized they didn’t make one of our pizzas. They didn’t tell us about the added delay until we asked. This was a horrible experience. We never have these issues at dominos. They didn’t care about how their mistake cost us so much time. Plus the two pizzas they made 30 minutes ago just sat on the warming rack waiting for them to remake the pizza they forgot.

Easy location with ample parking next to Publix. Counter lady greeted me instantly upon entering the facility, warm welcome, asked me how she could help me, I gave her my name and let her know I was there for a carry out. She had the order ready on time, asked me if I needed plates, napkins, and answered any of my other questions with a smile. She was efficient, friendly, and excellent. Location looks warm, inviting, and clean. And everyone loved the food!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from this location. Delivery is always super quick, drivers are always very polite and my order is always right. Ordered today and with the way things are going on in the world, I know how short staffed businesses have become, due to the fact that it’s just impossible to keep a full staff, for all businesses. So my pizza was a little late today, but the owner included some coupons due to the delayed arrival, which was very kind. The delivery person was also very kind.
