Had to go to Orlando to pick up my niece coming in from Minnesota so we decided to get Papa John’s for dinner tonight. Showed up after ordering it and what a pleasant atmosphere that was. Eli our pizza spinner Was pleasant and fun to talk to! Karissa Our cute little Personnel that took our order and waited on us at the counter when we got there was funny and very personable! Normally, I order delivery for today I went in It was very pleased at the atmosphere, The cleanliness and the professional way that everybody treated us. We will definitely be back if not in person at least for delivery❣️

Customer service was prompt and friendly. Plenty of seating even doing take out. Very busy place, and clean. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and she’d to be working like a week oiled machine. It was great stepping in there. First time there since moving here over a year ago. I just love the smell of a Papa John’s.

Made a delivery order and after it was delivered, we realized we didn’t tip the driver, we placed the order on the app and it dropped the tip. I called back as soon as we realized it and asked the manager to add $10 to my order for the tip. The woman that answered the phone was super grateful, however when we checked our ring camera, the driver made a nasty remark that “gas is free guess”. Makes we wish we never even tipped after that. People make mistakes, even good people. Nastiness get you nowhere. Grow up driver!

OK, so I love Papa John’s pizza and I always place the order online for some reason I was not able to do so today so decided to go ahead and place the order over the phone spoke to this one lady that refused to give me her name very rude, did not understand anything that she was saying because on top of that she was Mumbling her words. Tried to tell her what I wanted on my pizza, specialty pizza and ended up telling me a whole different order when I got to the store place to order face-to-face with the lady and they ended up charging me $72 for two specialty pizzas and two sides of wings with a Dr Pepper when I ask her what does she put on the ticket? She had provided me another persons order so ended up, asking for the manager and for my Look, she was the manager, dear Jesus lady Because of you, I will never go to the store again

I rarely get takeout and was excited for pizza, however I had a terrible experience at this particular store. Their app said the Pizza’s were ready to be picked up, but when we got there it was a 15-20 minute wait. When we finally got the pizzas home, the personal sized one was burnt and rock solid crusts. They didn’t even bother trying to make things right when I called in, and had told us to “wait five more minutes” while we were there. This was the closest pizza place, and from now on I’m going way down 27 for Dominos instead. If you want burnt pizza and unprofessional service come here. Also there is a very uncomfortable atmosphere in the store itself.
