Unsure what’s going on here lately. My favorite place to go for pizza and have for years. Same location. But the last three times I ordered, the interactions were strange. I was told at one point by the manager that he “shook the soda to check it” which he did do in front of me so it wasn’t a joke. I think he was doing it on purpose and I caught him and that’s why he told me? Idk. It was weird. I almost called an ambulance because I thought something was wrong with him the way he sounded. But the guy insisted he was fine and joking while shaking himself and being very strange.
Today I asked for something simple and the guy scoffed at me and said “NO. Out till Monday”. Walked away and then slammed one of the doors to a cooler. It seems like they’re on something. I have no idea what’s going on and it sucks because I like their pizza.

Waited 18 mins past the time my papa tracker said it was ready and I was given this. By far the worst looking pizza and I’ve ordered many times recently at this location. I’ll try another pizza place before I come back.

I thought I would give this Papa John’s a try as I hadn’t been here in a while for a Pizza. I ordered the Large l topping for $9.99 I got a Pepperoni. I arrived to pickup my order and to the workers surprise a Doordash driver had taken my pizza by mistake. The worker behind the counter Couldn’t have been cooler he remade my order quickly and did a great job. The pizza was outstanding as my picture shows. I recommend you give it a try

My food usually arrives accurately and quickly. The drivers are usually friendly. What I like the best is how quickly I get the food; when I order, I get the estimated arrival time from the app, though the drivers typically show up prior to the earliest time in the time range.
My latest order was the only one that had problems, and it had several problems.
The gluten-free crust pizza actually came on a thin crust in a large box, rather than a gluten-free crust in a small box.
The gluten-free crust pizza had some toppings I ordered and some I didn’t order (which then made the pizza trash). I called the store, and the manager said she’d send over a new pizza. The new pizza has the toppings I ordered, and this one is on a gluten-free crust.
The two original crust pizzas look like they both have thin crust. When I called the store 17 minutes later, the manager said they received a shipment of dough that doesn’t puff up like it typically does.
A bad thing was that the gluten-free pizza box had an upside down garlic butter cup (which no one in my house likes), and that leaked through to the box below it.
Another pizza had a leaky garlic cup that leaked onto two to four slices of pizza.
The third pizza had a big scrape on the top of it as though someone took the garlic cup, placed it on the pizza, then pulled it across two slices to rest it on a third piece.
If any of us liked the garlic, some of this would be acceptable. There seems to be something weird at this location on this day. This is the only time I’ve experienced a problem with this store.
The manager said she would refund my money for the complete order, though I have not seen a refund over the past 25+ days. I completely distrust the manager and this Papa John’s at this point.
One thing I would change would be the app, which is not the responsibility of this location. I would love to get all pizza sauce (red) cups and no garlic (green) cups, though that isn’t an option on the app. That desire for the app does not at all matter with this location’s rating.

Don’t bother. Worst experience ever. No pineapple on my Hawaiian pizza. Little cheese on my cheese sticks. All pizzas were ingredient lopsided to the nth degree. Tried to call – no answer. Got transferred from the order line – picked up and laid phone down to avoid talking to me.

I get pizza from this Papa John’s often. I get the epic stuffed crust with pepperoni. Always delicious. The staff there is friendly and my pizza is always right on time. My pizza is always baked to perfection – never over or under done.

Dylan was running the store and he did such an amazing job. He was so ridiculously busy! I could tell when I walked in the door. He took the time to bring my order out to me because it was delayed just a few moments and he had such a pleasant smile! God bless him for my delicious order, which was perfect and for the excellent customer skills he brought to the table. So many people don’t offer great customer service. He exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much. Any employers should be happy to have an employee like him.!

This is the 2nd bad/wrong order I’ve had in the last month or 2. Last time we ordered a pizza with extra pepperonccini on the side. We get our order, and no extra pepperoncini like we had asked for and we’re charged for. I called after receiving and found out they charge $1 a piece for extra. The manager on duty said “oh I’m sorry”. I figured no problem. I’ll just see if they can comp them next time.
Tonight I order a large, thin crust “the works” pizza with no Canadian bacon, 3 garlic dipping cups, and asked if I could please have extra pepperoncini on the side and asked if we could please be comped for those since last time we paid and never received. “Of course, no problem!”. We get our pizza tonight and there’s NO cheese on the pizza, No extra pepperoncini, no garlic dipping cups, and the pizza wasn’t even cut. I called directly after and was told by the manager on duty that she’d send a new pizza, a priority order.. at the same amount of time I had been told for our first pizza tonight. We finally got our order- it was correct, it was cut as well. Plus an extra 4th garlic dipping cup. One pepperonicini looked like it had a bite out of it. Pizza was cold. Standing room only available for people waiting on orders. Not good for people with disabilities or handicaps. Plenty of room for chairs or seating but nothing available. Manager should make better accommodations.

We ordered 2 steak & cheese papadillas. @ $9.99 each and the little mcchicken things. Worst EVER. For $10 each you’d expect your steak and cheese to have enough steak so you can taste it and chew it. #papajohnspizza you can do better.
