I genuinely love pizza, and during my time in Clearwater, I decided to indulge at Papa John’s. When my order arrived, it was hot, fresh, and flavorful, filled with plenty of toppings and just the right amount of cheese. The delivery was prompt, and the packaging was thoughtful, keeping everything warm and intact. Overall, it was a wonderfully comforting experience and one of the best pizza moments I’ve had on this trip. It truly made my day.

Just so disappointed. I haven’t had Papa John’s in years and I probably won’t again. None of the pizzas were cut and the pizza with toppings on it was under done. Just frustrating.

Well I might have been lucky because this was a great experience. Ordered two pizzas and both came out great. Friendly staff and I’ll be back with the deals they have. Also, try ordering a custom 3 topper of Pineapple, ham and anchovies. Calling it the Tropical Mermaid.

This place is hit or miss. Since they are franchised company, when there is an issue, you submit a complaint, but you don’t get anything from Papa John’s as in the company itself. And if you share your discrepancies with the actual store, they put a “free pizza” under your name, but the times I’ve tried to redeem it, it’s never there. I don’t recommend the boneless wings, as you can see via the pics (what I received vs. what they advertise).

Went to Papa John’s on Missouri a black guy that worked there and talked a little slow made my pizza then took a pepperoni off the pizza when he cut it and then ate it while I sat in my car and looked through the big glass window that they have that allows you to watch them make your food

They’re usually pretty good about delivery. This delivery I spent an 1:20h waiting on my food, so I decided to call. I called and they told me the pizza has been delivered. I checked it was just sitting there outside. I never got a knock on the door or a ring on the doorbell, much less a call if they weren’t able to contact me. Please do better.

This store has gone down hill fast. I was recently told i was out of their delivery range but knew it wasn’t true having worked for this company in this area. I ordered this last Friday night for delivery. My order came to me completely wrong and not cut. I called in to have it corrected and the manager on duty was rude stating he’s not taking orders right now because he’s so far behind and he was placing me on a long hold. I told him I’m not caning to place an order in caning to get an order fixed. I was on hold for over an hour with no resolution. I wouldn’t mind talking with the store manager or owner over this store’s treatment of customers.
