Third is the 4th time I’ve gotten terrible quality from this store. It’s just cheese pizza, I don’t understand how it can be so inconsistent. Also never get the seasoning packets I buy.

I just picked my two delicious pizzas. I was happy with the service. They are always accurate about their delivery time or the readiness of the pizzas ordered. Very professional customer service. I had difficulty ordering online, so they assisted me at the place. Although they seemed super busy as usual, but always try to leave the customer satisfied with the service. I love the pickle that comes with it!

Got a thin crust and asked for square cut. Feels weird eating a thin crust any other way so disappointed in that! Delivery driver was very nice so no complaints there. Just wish they’d follow directions better ♀️.

There was HAIR baked into the pizza.. there was no apology, remorse, or even EMPATHY when I called to notify the manager. All we got was “okay we’ll send out another one. It’ll be about 45 minutes”.. the guy didn’t even sound surprised. I can only assume it wasn’t the first phone call he’s gotten like that. definitely unexpected that from papa John’s. Yes. The issue was “resolved”, but where’s the empathy and customer service?

I otdered a large 2 toppings pizza whichwas prepared on time promised for me to pickup. Got home and opened the pizza to get a shock. Pizza had nice flavor but very little pepperonie or black olives my two toppings. Probably will not ever go back.

I just placed an order online. They informed me that they would be delivering through Door Dash. When I received my order I was missing a 2 liter. I asked the dasher, but he had no idea what I was talking about. I called the store and no one answered. I was on hold for thirty minutes before I just hung up. They never answer the phone.

Since when do you use doordash? I purposely order pizza from a pizza place because they use there own drivers. Pizza was barely warm since it wasn’t in an insulated bag. Box was soggy for some reason. Boxes weren’t sealed with any type of tape. Disgusting!
