Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Then waited 30 minutes for my “Take-Out” order that should’ve been done before I drove here. Phone ringing off the hook, so understaffed. This is managments fault. How does 1 person run the whole joint? If you’re an UBER driver don’t come here, you could get 4 deliveries done before getting 1 done here.

They outsourced their delivery to door dash. Ever since the drivers have been unprofessional. Not coming to the door making me go to them. Most recently I payed the tip before hand in the app like it makes you do for the driver to place the wrong order on my doorstep and walk away without knocking or ringing the doorbell. You are supposed to hand it to the customer. I walked out and he said “no English ” but eventually got him to give me what I ordered. He took the wrong order back which was on the dirty ground to deliver to someone else. There’s no way to rate how the delivery was or hold the drivers accountable for bad service so they will continue doing this. He did not earn that tip and I wish I could take it back but there’s no way to do that. I will not be ordering from papa John’s anymore for this reason alone.

I ordered food for pick up July 19, 2025, when I got there only one person (Rebecca) was working, I have to commend her for her great personality and speed, orders were coming. And her took care of all four people in the lobby. My only question was why only one person working, again I thought she did a great job. Please get the lady some help especially at the busy times of the day.
Great job Rebecca and yes I would recommend this store on North Florida Avenue in Tampa Florida, they always do a great job. Two thumbs up and five stars!!!

Pizza was good but you won’t find me eating here again because of the fact that me and my roommate don’t have long brown hair and simply found someone’s hair in my breadstick I was originally gonna put 5 stars but this is just disgusting, are we not wearing hairnets in FL anymore like cmon dude I kinda just wanna drive back and throw my hair in your lunch and see a reaction

If it was possible to give negative stars I would give it -5 stars! The pizza was cold, thin and disappointing. We didn’t order thin crust but the crust was thin and tasteless. Don’t waste your money here, order Marcos. You won’t be disappointed.

I saw they do not use gloves when preparing the pizza. They went to the boxes, the oven, handing orders, and back to making pizza without gloves or washing their hands. I observed while waiting for my pizza.
If you don’t want to use gloves, then wash your hands before someone gets sick.
