I haven’t been to a Papa John’s in years but decided to give this one a try on my way home from work. I ordered on the app. Pretty simple to do. Got there and the gentleman in back called my name just as I walked in. Looked like he was trying to catch the pizzas coming out of the oven and help up front. He was polite and did the best he could. He handed me three boxes. My fault for not looking. I got home and didn’t get my complete order. I ordered 2 pizzas and bacon cheese sticks. I got both pizzas and they were correct but the third box was another pizza. I’m sure someone else is equally upset getting cheese sticks instead of their pizza. I tried to eat it but buffalo chicken and jalapeños were a little too hot for me. Too far to go back. A little disappointed for sure.

I kept trying to find a reason to like Papa John’s, but tonight’s order seals it as a hard pass. I ordered on the app, but when hubs went to pick it up, there was apparently a long delay dealing with a difficult customer. By the time he got home, pizzas and wings were barely lukewarm. Even after putting pizzas back in the oven, the crusts were still soggy and all was swimming in grease. I’m done. Its just mediocre pizza at a jacked up price.

Here’s my question with Papa John’s………… This is every time I go in there! They look miserable as hell My other question is, why are you flipping pizzas around on your arms with arm hair? I looked it up and it is not a standard procedure at Papa John’s. You’re supposed to stretch the dough with your knuckles, not your arm hair. The hygiene at this store is definitely lacking along with attitudes. I’ve been in there a few times and they have the worst hygiene procedures ever

Ordered pizza tonight and the pizza came all crammed in the box like the driver hit the brakes to hard or something and the pizza fell forward. Then the cut job is absolutely horrible. We got chicken parm garlic knots and they have sausage and peppers in it? Definitely not chicken parm.

Our locally owned PJ’s is still the best pizza chain in Plant City! Whoever’s making the pizzas this morning, knows a perfect pizza. Our cheese pizzas we ordered this morning were done up perfectly with just the right sauce to cheese ratio… along with nicely proofed dough- no bubbles! I don’t know what else to say, other than time after time our orders here are nothing short of perfect. We prefer our Papa’s over everything else! Keep doing what you’re doing, you guys rock!

The driver left the pizza at the door on the ground and did not ring the bell to let me know it had been delivered. I would estimate that the food had been sitting outside on ground for at least 30 minutes before it was discovered.
