Just ordered from here via delivery. This has the be the worst pizza and cheese bread we have ever had from papa John’s. Got the 9.99 original crust pizza. The crust was completely not right at all, it was also very bland. As for toppings. We ordered extra cheese, half pep & black olives. Then the other half was extra onions and extra mushrooms. As for the toppings, they are barely even there, as for the cheese, this isn’t extra cheese, this is less cheese than a regular cheese pie.one slice didn’t have cheese on it.! The cheese bread was also good awful. Will never order from this store again, don’t even want a replacement from this store

Well I haven’t ordered pizza from here in over a decade but the new pan pizza enticed me to try it. I ordered it well done but I got dough with cheese that was still structured and not melted. My expectations were very low and was hopeful something decent would come of this. Just awful absolutely awful. I vow I will never eat this atrocious bs again. Why do people help keep this crap in business. Never again!!

I ordered a pizza square cut, I walk on it is not square cut. I brought it back in and the guy said do you want me just to try the pizza in squares? Ummm no, can you please make it again? He looked so bothered. I had to wait another 15 mins for another one and I am assuming they thru out the other pizza which again is a waste. The second pizza was dry, barely any sauce. I should have just asked for my money back and purchased from the small business pizza place right behind this papa John’s.

We were at a friend’s place and for dinner we decided to takeout out from Papa John’s Pizza. We ordered online and our order was ready in 20 minutes. We picked our order. The good thing about this franchise was that we didn’t had to tell them about extra plates, chili flakes because they put it themselves in the order. For the dinner we ordered Chicken Pizza with Mushrooms, peppers along with Chicken Wings which were Chipotle Wings and Buffalo Wings. The food was hot and freshly cooked. The pizza was delicious and we loved the crust. It was really delicious and tasty. The wings were also amazing and delicious. Loved the food.

As a loyal customer for a long time we are completely disappointed and disgusted with the level of customer service or lack their of. We ordered pizzas for a 5:45pm delivery for our sons birthday party. At 5:43pm apparently the pizzas were delivered by the delivery driver just walking up and dropping them on our front porch. No doorbell ring and no knock. Just dropped and left. We discovered them after calling the store twice looking for them and they were covered in ants. Papa John’s should be so embarrassed by this and now they have lost us as customers. Think twice before ordering from this poor excuse of a business.

I’ve ordered a few times over 2 years. Every time it’s a bad experience. Was hoping over time they could get things figured out. Nope. Officially done trying to support this business. We ordered at 6:12 PM. Said it’d be ready at 6:32. I arrived at 6:38 and it was just being placed in the oven. Came out soft and wet. Gross. Asked the employee about the delay. He couldn’t have care less. Which is the biggest issue with this place. Every time they make a mistake they don’t care to even offer an apology. The bare minimum. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Idk why i order double toppings, they do not believe in extra toppings. This is a franchisee trying to maximize profits, not someone looking for returned customers. Was excited to not have to drive to land o lakes high school. But thinking dominoes is the reasonable move. Hitting up corporate. Corner cutting franchisees
