Order a pizza 11/19/25 at 2:19 ,the girl there has terrible service, had hair on my food. I went to the papa John’s an got inside no one was in there so I waited for about 3 or 4 minutes finally a girl comes from the office, she looked like she was mad I was in there. I ordered an esc bbq sauce (extra sauce) with extra chicken, cheese with pepperoni. I didn’t get the extra chicken and the pizza only had 2 pepperonis on every slice. (I work at a papa Johns so I know what extra everything is supposed to look like).

This was my second “attempt” at Papa John’s. I saw the commercial for the new Plan Pizza and wanted to try it to see how it compares to the competitor. I work in the same shipping place and ordered it when I got off work. I sat in my car and waited until it was down as “done” on the app tracker and drove to the store. Go inside and am told that it was made wrong and it would be another 6 minutes. I go back to my car (agitated and tired) and wait. Go back in after waiting and told it still want ready. Another 5 minutes. Total wait time over 30 minutes. Pizza was okay but not that great. Very soggy. Not gonna try this again.

Wish I knew that they used doordash for the delivery service. The driver tried to give me half my order, they were smoking and I refused he drove to the end of my street and threw the rest of the food in the middle of the street. Good thing I was able to call the store and explain what happened. They gladly remade my order. I would recommend take out or dine in.

Food was under cooked dough was still raw called had them remake it still raw in the middle jalapeno bites were raw in the middle 2 times and same issues. No quality control at the location. 3rd time is a charm as we will spend our money elsewhere.

I went to pick up a credit pizza since they had gotten my order wrong 2 weeks prior. I ask for square cut pizza and I got the large triangles. So I went in this past Friday asked for my credit pizza no change wanted square cut. I was exhausted and wanted to get home. So I did not check it. When I got home and sat to enjoy my pizza. It was cut like Frankenstein’s body all shapes and sizes. How hard is it to cut a pizza. Staff is not trained. Looks like they cut in large rectangles then realized it was wrong and tried to cut in squares. Total failure.

I have ordered from them 5 times and they have gotten the order wrong 3 of the 5 times!!! Then you call and the manager doesn’t pick up. The order desk says they can’t help you out. So I’m supposed to pay $40 each time and get the order wrong, when it took them 1 1/2 hours to get it to you and then they don’t correct it. The manager doesn’t want business. They don’t do anything. So you go without eating and you waste your money. They shouldn’t even get the one star. A plain pizza is always delivered as a pepperoni pizza which nobody eats. I guess I’m not the only one mad because it has someone else’s address and they didn’t get what they ordered either. So 2 annoyed customers tonight. Hopefully they leave a review. This place doesn’t care about reviews.

got a pizza with two different toppings, each on separated half’s of the pizza. When it gets delivered, the toppings are so poorly spread and the pizza terribly cut the half with “only sausage” was more like 1.8 slices of only sausage and 2.2 of sausage and veggie and then 4 slices of veggie. And yes there are insanely picky eaters at my house.
