We ordered the New York extra large pie with all the fixings there’s something wrong with the crust it’s got a funny texture and color it was the worst Pizza I ever bought in my life. And it wasn’t even hot. It arrived cold.

Easy to order with the app. Ordered the 6.99 special pick any 2 got 6pc chicken Buffalo wings, med pizza with Pepperoni and green peppers, and also jalapeño bites. The pizza had very little cheese and sauce, dough was between regular and thin with a crunchy dry bland taste. When eating I tasted no pepperoni, cheese or sauce tasted mostly the green peppers. The wings was not for me I like fried they was not hot at all (no Buffalo flavor) skin was stretchy. The jalapeño bread thought was good there was alot of jalapeños and cheese but the bread was plain, dry, hard and had no flavor. I think I will give them 2 more tries I know now to order extra cheese and sauce maybe. Delivery was fast and they left it on table like I wanted.

Ok its story time. I ordered the epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza online. And added extra cheese for a extra fee. Now I go get the pizza. Which is 20 minutes from my house. I get home and to my utter delight find there is not a single pepperoni on the pizza. So of course I call the store and the manager not so politely told me that I ordered it without the pepperoni. I told him that no. I wanted pepperoni AND extra cheese. Which I paid extra for. He told me that all he could or would do is give me a 50 percent discount on another pizza. Now why would I pay again for another pizza that they could not get right in the first place. Sir I say look at your box. And see what it says. This is not the way to get or keep good paying customers. This is not 100 percent customer satisfaction. This is not the pizza pictured on the flyer or on the website. He also said the extra cheese that I added took the place of my pepperoni. Why wouldn’t I have just ordered a cheese pizza for a cheaper price then if I wanted pepperoni in the first place. This is customer satisfaction and problem solving at its best sir… never again.. I wasted 39 dollars on this whole order. Way to go Dade City papa John’s manager…

I walked in, I think there were five guys working and I was the only customer. My third visit and they still didn’t get it right. I asked for and paid for extra sauce and got ranch instead. Couldn’t wait to walk home and enjoy my food and disappointed with them yet again.

Friendly staff, good pizza, reasonable prices. Our call-to-order experience has been less than stellar; they use a remote answering service that is both hard to understand and seems out of touch with the special offers/coupons. We’ve found it much better to talk directly to the store by selecting “5” after dialing their number.

We ordered the Epic Stuff crusted Pizza ..It was HORRIBLE!! ALL of the topping and cheese fell off of the flimsy, soaky , Crust. They Need to let some one from Pizza Hut come in and show them how to make Stuff Crust!! Never would we order Again!! However the Staff was very friendly the one Star is for that reason.

So glad that this Papa John’s opened in Dade City. We have ordered from there twice and each time they really impressed us. The employees were very friendly and the owner took time to welcome us to the store. The pizza and desserts were very delicious! We look forward to trying the Papadilo sandwiches. We highly recommend them!

I was so excited to see a Poppa Johns in Dade City, imagine my dissapointment the first time I call for a delivery to be told there is no driver and when I asked what time the driver would be in I was told that there was no driver. I live a little over a mile from their store, but circumstances prohibit me from picking up an order at this time. I will try another pizza chain that has a better reputation. If I could give less than one star I would.
