Ordered garlic bread and a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. All ingredients were thrown in the middle of the pie. Its not hard to put ingredients all over the pizza. Won’t be recommending this location unless you want all your toppings on the middle of your pie.

The pizza was delicious, no complaints about the food.
The issue was the wait and the lack of honest communication. I ordered through the app, which said 15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes I went to pick up the order and I was told there was a large order that put them behind and it would be about 30 more minutes — that was fine.
After those 30 minutes, I checked again and was told “4 more minutes.” It actually took another 30 minutes, during which walk-in orders were placed and picked up before mine.
I don’t mind waiting, even on a Friday night — just be honest about the timing. Saying “4 minutes” when it’s really much longer is frustrating. If the order was delayed or forgotten, I would have understood.

We have ordered from this location for almost 2 years and for the first year and a half what we ordered was always consistent and good. However, in the last few months it has been a gamble every time. They’ve also had new people start in the last few months so I believe that is the problem. Two of my kids usually prefer Papa John’s over anything else but I think we may need to find a new favorite.

Okay so customer service needs to really be checked here. I walk in and I see nobody, looks like it’s abandoned.. then finally noticed the girl sitting on the phone in the back corner and while I’m saying “hello?” I’m being ignored, not a head turn or a “I’ll be right with you”. I’m watching myself in the cameras just standing there and then once I finally make another comment she gets up and gives me attitude. Excuse me? All I did was just say hello and if anyone was there because I’m literally standing waiting for someone to come up to the front. She then tossed the pizza box on the counter and walks away. I will never come back to this location again. Same girl that I had a great conversation with the last time I was there, not sure what the problem was with just letting someone know you will be right with them instead of making them feel ignored.

don’t bother when their drivers are incompetent and can’t deliver to the right address twice. delivered to the wrong address first and didn’t verify the right building or name on the order, second time coming out and calling the store, management says “doordash puts it in” the address not us” when they send their own drivers. completely unacceptable from management saying they can’t do anything about their drivers being incompetent and wasting 2.5 hours of my night.

My family and I decided to try this Papa Johns out, after not having pizza from this chain in over 10 years. So we ordered 1 pizza and the cinnamon bread.
What we recieved was some of the worst pizza that I have ever had. It wasn’t even fully cut. Missing toppings. Extra greasy. The quality of the toppings has gone downhill over the passed couple of decades and it’s pretty bad. Little Caesars is right down the street and they actually put this Pizza to shame. That’s without considering the fact that Papa John is TWICE as expensive! Never again. Worst. Pizza. EVER. Steer clear.

Ordered online and got the text message that pizza was done at 8:45… My food was not even started yet. While my husband was waiting for it to be made one of the employees Luis cussed out a door dash employee right in front of other customers. Very rude and unprofessional. Won’t be back here and will let others know how awful they are.
*UPDATE: food arrived at home. My pepperoni and sausage papadila had 1 pepperoni on it and my husband’s buffalo chicken one had zero buffalo sauce. I called the store and the 2 options were to give me 35% off my next order or give me a “mistake” pizza for free. Like WHAT!!! When I said absolutely not I was offered a refund.

Ok its story time. I ordered the epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza online. And added extra cheese for a extra fee. Now I go get the pizza. Which is 20 minutes from my house. I get home and to my utter delight find there is not a single pepperoni on the pizza. So of course I call the store and the manager not so politely told me that I ordered it without the pepperoni. I told him that no. I wanted pepperoni AND extra cheese. Which I paid extra for. He told me that all he could or would do is give me a 50 percent discount on another pizza. Now why would I pay again for another pizza that they could not get right in the first place. Sir I say look at your box. And see what it says. This is not the way to get or keep good paying customers. This is not 100 percent customer satisfaction. This is not the pizza pictured on the flyer or on the website. He also said the extra cheese that I added took the place of my pepperoni. Why wouldn’t I have just ordered a cheese pizza for a cheaper price then if I wanted pepperoni in the first place. This is customer satisfaction and problem solving at its best sir… never again.. I wasted 39 dollars on this whole order. Way to go Dade City papa John’s manager…
