Ordered via Uber Eats. The restaurant told me the order was ready when it wasn’t, which caused the delivery driver to wait over an hour. When I called back for an update, staff were rude and hung up on me. The pizza arrived unsealed, and the crust was burnt. A refund was promised but never provided.
The delivery driver was great and not at fault, but the restaurant’s communication, food quality, and handling of the situation were extremely poor. I’ve been a long-standing customer, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I’ve been ordering from here for years but in the past couple months quality has really seemed to dropped. I order a papa dia with all the cheese I can get and they have been extremely light on the cheese lately, the one I got today was even burned and misshapened. I hope to see improvement soon

Terrible customer service. This location lied about having our order ready, causing the delivery driver to wait nearly an hour. When my girlfriend politely called to explain the situation and ask how they planned to address the inconvenience, the employee responded with “Well, what do you want me to do?” and then hung up on her. Completely unprofessional. “Better ingredients, better pizza” — only better than Domino’s, and that’s not saying much. Do yourself a favor and get real pizza elsewhere.

Goodness, so surprised! I’ve been ordering pizza here gor the last 15 months and this is the very first time that I’m somewhat disappointed. Felt the pizza had a really big width in just crust, limited cheese and limited sauce. Hope you all make the necessary adjustments cause the pizza was phenomenal before this. Will give you the benefit of the doubt and will place another order. Keep up the good work you were doing before!

I stopped by this pizzeria and had a really unpleasant experience. When I arrived, the person at the counter wasn’t doing anything but didn’t acknowledge me or offer any help. I stood there waiting, and after a while I had to call out to get their attention. The woman just said, “Wait a second,” with no sense of urgency or customer service.
I understand places can get busy, but this wasn’t the case — it simply felt like they didn’t care. There was no greeting, no effort, and no apology for the wait. It completely ruined the experience for me. I really hope the management improves their staff’s attitude toward customers because this kind of service is unacceptable.

What a disappointment. After all the hype and advertising, I thought this would be a good pizza, but I was wrong. #1 it was undercooked and almost raw dough on top. My wife was so mad I ordered this, that I am now in the doghouse. Pizza is not that difficult. This level of incompetence is incomprehensible. How is this company still in business. And almost $50 for 2 medium pizzas? WHAT! Will never order from Papa Johns again.

This has been the worst food I have ever seen this particular time. I ordered online, cheesesticks and some jalapeño poppers. All the food looks terrible and tastes old, I called to get a refund and the manager asked what happened I explained and he said ok thanks and hung up with a bad attitude. I called again and asked, do you have my information for the refund? You just hung up without asking anything? He said yes, and that he will reimburse the tip that I gave the delivery driver and hung up again. I dont want my tip reimbursed, yet he would not let me speak just hangs up. What kind of service is this? I used to order all the time, never again.

My order took 2 hours to be delivered. I received a msg saying that it was delivered but when I checked it was not at my door. I called on 2 different phones at the same time and I was on hold for 17 mins before they took my call. They said the system was glitching but the pizza was on its way. It finally arrived 2 hours later as mentioned. And the worst part is they got my order wrong. Ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza and got a thin pepperoni pizza. Horrible horrible when I tried it It was cold and hard. Won’t order from here ever again. So disappointing if I could give it 0

I definitely should have checked the reviews before ordering from here. I order 2pz, 6wngs, cheese bread and 2 drinks. Everything arrived terribly. The pizzas were burnt underneath and greasy. The cheese bread were flat. I called and complained and wanted a refund. The girl on the phone said she would full refund me to get me off the phone but I asked for the amount, thats when she truly said that messed up again and said she couldn’t fully refund me bc it was a big order. She yet again inconvenienced by letting me know that all she could do was send a new nasty order or bring order back myself for full refund.
FAST FORWARD FAST FORWARD.. I clocked out of work to bring the food back. I get tomthe store and the girl has no customer service skills. Takes the food and laughs w other customers about how upset I am. Insteaf if giving me a refund when she was kaughing w the customer, she walked back and proceeded to continue boxing pizzas.
So the chef (pizza maker) walks over to do the job of girl that is inconsiderate of my time and money being wasted bc she handle the situation. Truly needs to be fired bc she is a liability to your company.
I will definitely not order, not recommend either again to nobody to eat at Papa John’s bc ain’t no way you see all these bad reviews and are not doing crap about it. This has me believing that this must be a MOTTO at Papa John’s.

I had the same experience as the last reviewer. I’ve been ordering from this location over 5yrs. Papa John’s and Door Dash (blamed each other) over 2hrs late. Unacceptable business practice. You lost another customer.
