Pizza are like dominos pizzas here. No good. I bought 2 large, the works and a cheese pizza with extra cheese. The works was by far the worst I have ever had, skinny. The cheese pizza had less cheese than regular cheese. I was able to finish the works large by myself. Never had I ever been able to do that before. CARRYOUT.

TL;DR
Avoid ordering from this place or suffer the consequences.
Long version:
I have ordered from this place multiple times. Most of the times I have a problem, like no sauce, half the ingredients are not right, and so on.
I never complain because I do like their pizza. However, they got to my limit. This time, I ordered 3 x 6 wings with different sauces and received plain instead and with ranch as dipping sauce.
Of course, nobody enjoyed the dinner, we lost our money and time. Even worse, there is no way to communicate with support, and the store always answers and hangs up.
PD: After I read the other reviews, I finally decided to write this review and stopped eating there. There are too many bad reviews for a restaurant!

There was a piece of metal in the pizza. Luckily I did not swallow it but I couldn’t eat any of the food after that. When I tried calling the store, they just hung up after being on hold for 5 mins. Papa Johns customer service both online and over the phone is a joke. Took four days of calling and emailing to get a refund. I never like leaving negative feedback but this cannot go unnoticed.

Absolutely ridiculous, we ordered at 7:06 pm on sunday September 14 and was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes, 8 came and we checked the email.and it said it was already delivered , ive now sat on hold for 28 minutes without speaking once to a live person , my pizza was never delivered and now I need to find money to pay for a different dinner for my children. Good job papa johns !!!

Ordered pizza some days ago at this location. Employee was in bad mood. Not only did I have to wait an additional 30 minutes later than expected time….I then had to experience horrible customer service.

I order food 2 days ago and the delivery driver dropped my food right in front of me on the ground, i had to wait a whole hour for them to replace the food. I called the store and spoke to the manager Keenan which he promised me my next order would be 30% off. I called today and the assistant manager Brayden B told me it’s no way he could honor my 30% off and refused to give me corporate number in hung up in my face. I would never order here again!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m going to give you guys a fair warning about ordering delivery from this place. DO NOT spend the extra money for extra sauces. They WILL NOT bother to check your order and add the extra sauces they charge you 50 cents each. I’ve ordered delivery multiple times, and not once have they included the extra sauces. Whenever I ask the delivery guy, it’s always “oh…sorry”, and then a blank stare. If you want to order delivery, just get the pizza itself, and don’t waste your money ordering extra garlic sauce or anything like that. They DO NOT CARE and won’t bring them.

Absolutely horrible experience with this location. If the problem is at the leadership not providing enough staff to support their customers demands then I cannot blame the local staff.m. HOWEVER, our pizza was never delivered and when we made countless calls to the store they were either ignored or we were hung up on. I had to drive to the location in order to even speak to someone, at which point I cancelled our order that was never delivered and was provided a refund. Oh and by the way, three delivery vehicles were sitting outside upon my arrival which was just icing on the cake. I won’t be ordering from here in the future.

Poorly made pizza. They just slopped all of the ingredients in a pile and slapped cheese over it. when i took a bite it all skidded off the crust, slice after slice.
