Online ordered a buffalo chicken papadia, with no onions add jalapeño. Instead I have bacon and onions, but no jalapeños. Called the store and was placed on hold for over 1 hour and was told they cannot redeliver the order and wanted me to pick up instead when i paid for online delivery.

The atmosphere is filthy and they are really short staff. The staff they do have is unreliable and do not wear hair nets while making the pizza. If you order online IT DOES NOT MATTER. You might still wait 10-15 mins pass the time, or even longer if you let them play in your face. They always have this one dedicated guy working trying to satisfy customers on his own.

I’m only giving five starts because Ishmael was the only one in the store. He had great customer service, while making the pizza and helping correct issues. I saw no one else in the store at the time of pick up. Including wait time. It was around 10pm. Might be short staffed cuz he was the only one there or the only one there willing to work. Stay safe! Pizza was awesome.

Placed an order online, drove to pick up, and the place was closed. 8:45 PM on Tuesday with 2 AM listed on their door as close time. All lights were off it looked completely closed down. Don’t allow orders to go through if you are closed, it’s bad business.

Worst Papa Johns stay far away it’s not worth the hassle. Do NOT order on Sunday’s either the staff is pathetic and lazy they care more about what’s happening on they’re phone then actual customer service the young lady with the bonnet on her head sat there on a FaceTime phone call and completely ignored all the customers inside as the other 2 gentlemen were complaining about how many orders came in lol. I ordered two pizzas that were cut terrible couldn’t even pull the slices apart and wings were ice cold !! If this place could get 0 stars it would owner or GM definitely need to Reevaluate your staff they suck and that’s being nice! It sucks cause I live in the neighborhood behind here but I’ll never be back I’ll drive down to pompano!

If I could give this location negative stars, I definitely would order one large pizza and it took over an hour and the location said that the driver was two minutes away yet he was nowhere to be found. Next thing you know it says that the pizza was delivered never knocked on the door didn’t call the phone number that I left when ordering called the store six times never spoke to anybody even tried it. The extension for managers got put directly on hold for over 15 minutes each time I would never suggest going to this location. It would be a waste of your time. The customer service is obviously horrible and when contacting corporate. They said that it would take up to 48 hours to have any type of response.

Terrible always. Delivery drivers are rude and sit in there cars for 20 minutes in the parking lot. Then precedes to wonder around condo complex complaining that address isn’t clearly listed. Says first floor goes up the stairs.

Unprofessional young idiots working this place. 1st they deliver my order incomplete. 2nd I called to save the driver time from having to come back to my home to receive a refund for missing pizza, rude little boy answers and then hangs up. 3rd call back for a manager unprofessional little girl gets on the line rude with no intellect. Lastly problem not solved contacting corporate this franchise needs to be conducted in a better manner. It’s obvious they hire anyone.

They sent driver back with missing pizza and look at the images! Looks like someone put their fingers in the pizza! I will not be feeding my children this trash! And I will receive a full refund!

Pathetic example of fast food pizza. This establishment should be shut down, first for the over priced swill, and second for the lack of customer service! Prerequisite to working here must be: inept careless and rude! Avoid this place at all costs! The delivery drivers don’t even look for addresses, the food gets turned over without Apology! Then you call and try to resolve the issue and a “so- called manager” questioning a customer’s perception! I hope this whole company goes out of business!
