Had a great experience at this Papa John’s location! Even on a busy Friday night, the manager took the time to make sure our order was prepared promptly and correctly, and was extremely polite and professional the entire time. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered, and the overall service was excellent despite how busy they were. You can really tell the team cares about customer experience here. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the service!

I had an excellent experience at Papa John’s thanks to Kevin’s exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly professional. It’s clear Kevin truly cares about providing great customer service. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious—but what really stood out was the positive attitude and attention to detail he brought to the experience. Employees like Kevin are the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I have to admit the store is very much hit or miss and mostly miss — like the person 2 reviews below me said, they either don’t give you the extra sides and sauces that you paid for or they fill the pizza sauce with a small drop of pizza sauce and you get like one dip with a breadstick. Also, you never know how the pizza will be made often times it’s super thin and almost thin crust or other times it’s not cooked enough or if you order it well done it’s burnt. Also, I’ve been missing sides and gotten someone else’s order as well. they need to do a lot better With the continuity of their cooking because at the end of the day if I’m spending $50 I want a decent experience.

Kiera there was extremely rude to me when I Picked up my order the cash register was closed because one of the employees had ran to CVS and she didn’t bother to explain that to me Then proceeded task multiple times if I can’t pay cash, as well as went on the phone with said employee and called me rude in front of my face, then proceeded to go in the back and pull out a red vape. When the other employee finally came back and I was able to get my Change insult to me, to which I insulted her back. I then went back another day and she was still there so I reported it to Chris the general store manager. He was very nonchalant not caring. He said a write up would be taken in place. Horrible experience would never go back unless you want to be Insulted by the pizza girl.

When the Heat wins they get pretty swamped BUT they know how to hold it down ans keep up with orders. Twice they called me to notify me that what I ordered wont be able to be fulfilled and at no extra cost they would change or add something different to our order, (once, they were out of honey Chipotle sauce for the chicken and they called to find out if wanted to cancel the wings or if I would like a different sauce over the chicken or just plain with a sauce cup in the side and the second time they actually called me to tell me they were out of spicy Italian sausage and if I would like a different topping) the location in Delray waited until I arrived then handed me the pizza and wings only to tell me then that they were out of Honey Chipotle sauce. I was living in North Carolina at the time, and I still remember how absolutely delicious it was—especially that garlic butter dipping sauce. Fast-forward to 2025, and now I’m in Boca Raton, Florida. I decided to stay in for the night, and when I saw there was a Papa John’s nearby, I knew I had to order it.
I’ll be honest—I had some pretty unrealistic expectations since I haven’t had it in over 30 years. But I went for it and ordered a large three-topping pizza with ground beef, pepperoni, and sausage. And for old times’ sake, I had to get a 2-liter of Mountain Dew.
The delivery process was smooth, and I love how they’ve embraced technology with real-time tracking—being able to see where your driver is? That’s pretty awesome. When the delivery guy showed up, he was super cool (wish I caught his name so I could give him a shoutout).
Now, onto the pizza. I poured myself a cup of Mountain Dew, pulled out that first slice, took a bite—and oh my God. It was delicious. For a moment, I felt like I was transported right back to the early ’90s. The flavors, the toppings, the garlic butter, even the classic pepper in the box—it’s all still there.
Honestly, when I head back to Michigan, I’m going to miss having this as an option. Papa John’s, you did not disappoint! Pm

It’s acceptable for a Papa John’s. I’ve eaten here multiple times and they never messed up my order, although sometimes the pizza is a little burned. Most recently I tried the cheeseburger pizza and it was weird but I can give them credit for making pickles work on a pizza. Prices and coupons are standardized across all Papa John’s so not much to say there, it’s not the cheapest pizza restaurant but you’re paying more for quality and they always have deals going.
I also like that this one has the cheese and pepper packets out for you to take what you want along with the napkins. I honestly think the food is better at other Papa John’s but nothing here was ever so egregious that it ruined my meal, so I give it four stars.
