This place was good at one time but over the last couple of years it’s declined SO much. 95% of the time when you order LIGHT SAUCE it comes with extra sauce!! Tonight I ordered the cheddar cheese sticks.. is that what I got? Nope. Not all employees, but most don’t have a single clue what they are doing. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location disappears. Completely useless!!!

We ordered Pizza at 5:30pm for two pizzas and bread sticks. The pizza ended up showing up 3 hours later after the delivery time of 6:23pm and my bank account was charged multiple times. Pizza was cold and when we called to speak to someone at the store no one answered until we called the next day. Manager was very rude and didn’t want to deal with any of our complaints. It will be a very long time before I ever order pizza from Papa John’s, if ever. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I ordered 2 pies last week. I wasn’t too happy with them. I figured oh maybe it was just an off day. So today I tried again, what a HUGE mistake. Pizza was basically RAW. This place should be closed down ASAP. Such a waste of money. I’ll never return. I’d eat frozen pizza before eating here again. You’ve been warned !!!

Seriously…. The crust isn’t even connecting to the pizza… I mean how hard is it to get a pizza correct? Very upsetting.Will not be coming back to this store ever again. So many bad reviews. They need new management and a whole new team and places like this wonder why they are losing business. You really think you will keep customers with horrible management and food that’s cold and not correct. Plus pricing is the same as what you would get at a mom and pop shop and atleast they take pride in their pizza and food!

Update: Changed my review to 1 star on the following basis; by rectifying themselves last time, the order was 2 hours late this time. After calling (because obviously the time showing online was inaccurate) the first associate was rude and said they were busy as a response. After speaking to a manager, they were unsympathetic and didn’t have much to say. A sorry would have sufficed maybe? To keep it short, this has been one of the worst experiences ever for a food establishment. I didn’t think ordering a pizza would have been so difficult. They definitely lost mine and a few of my friends business. (the delivery driver was kind at least).
Original: I would normally give them a 3 or 4… Pizza is consistently ‘good’, their service not so much. My last order, as usual, isn’t anything close to their estimated time. It actually took like double the amount of time. What really makes good customer service is them owning up to it all on their own. This is how you win business from someone (see photo).

I want to say a big thank you to Papa John’s team, especially to Maraiya (I’m pretty sure I spelled it wrong) she is so kind and helpful. She took the time to help me storange in my car 24 boxes of pizzas for a big party! Really appreciate it.

So they got my order here really quick! Like 20 mins after I ordered. But the reason it was so fast was because nobody read the ticket correctly and they mixed up the directions on the 2 pizzas I ordered. Ok I called them and a guy goes “hello…?”
I said “is this Papa John’s?”
“Oh ya-ya, sorry. How can I help you”
Explained the problem & I had to go over the fact that the made the wrong pizza the thin crust that I ordered like 3 times. It’s been over an hour since I called them & im still waiting for the correct food.
Do yourself a favor and pay a couple more dollars and get Thick & Thin. Their pizza is always great & the order is correct too.
Seeing all these reviews and I can totally understand their claims. All true. This place is awful. The 2 pizzas they sent 1st look terrible. I’m sure my replacements are going to be horrible. Great!!!
