Y’all need to put some respect on this location. Haven’t ordered Papa Johns in a long time enough that points is expired and tonight I was craving it and wanted it to be delivered for me and my Mama.
Tell me how the service is amazing like I got notification thru call by Isaiah and they seem very friendly and polite in letting me know their arrival time and clarification for my addy which is great since I always want heads up for anything good or bad.
Arrival was fast, pizza was great and I have no complaints whatsoever. I’m really dumbfound at the reviews but maybe we got new workers and management who knows, I’m just hoping that someone give Isaiah some recognition for a wonderful service well done.
For reference this is a Large Pepperoni Pizza and a Large Works with minor adjustments of having Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushroom, Jalapeno, Onions, Green Peppers and Black Olive. Both pizzas have Garlic Parmesan Cheese as a Crust Flavor and well done is the key for the two pizzas esp the Works to be perfect.
Anyways, for anyone that is skeptical of this place, give it a try maybe on a day that isn’t so busy like Monday night like I did but depending on financial ability, I will return here for delivery or pick up.

pizza is absolutely delicious but they ALWAYS get your order wrong the first time. you have too double check to make sure they got your order right. they gave me the complete opposite of what i asked for. this didnt happen once but multiple times. WHO PUTS MEATBALLS AND MUSHROOMS ON A PIZZA?! anyways as a 12yr old this is highly unprofessional. but the crust was delicious. took a picture to show u how it looked like after i had to destroy it because of mushrooms and meatballs. 15 dollars down the drain.

Outsourced my Delivery to Doordash in wich I watched the driver make multiple deliveries in the opposite direction from my home in wich it created a extra 35 min delay and food atill not here. I paid and tipped for this? I live less then a mile away.

Pizza is great only issue is that sometimes they do mistakes and people dont take it well. In my case i got a delivery once and all good, even the guy was very professional. Second time i had an issue, but they fix it, even tho it took an hour. They really need to speed things up and get it straight. Besides that they are doing well with pizzas i do enjoy eating here.

The order was almost perfect. However I ordered two extra large pepperoni, 1 large pepperoni, a veggie pizza and wings. When we opened the regular large pepperoni box, it was a cheese pizza. My family and I accepted the cheese pizza but hopefully next time our order is correct because we did pay money for pepperoni and not cheese.

Tuscan 6 cheess pizza is supposed to have a seasoning dusting on top. If never comes with it fromn this place. I usually order takeout and have to ask them for it and they always apologize. This shows that they know but just dont care. Today was no different. No seasoning on delivery order. Meats pizza has hlf od the cheese it typically does. Lazy

I tried to order for pickup via online however it had a glitch which it did not let me do. However I called and order and the gentlemen was very friendly , great customer service and made sure he had everything correct and gave me a coupon. Went in got my order and the food was delicious! So overall great experience and highly recommended, they do need to fix the bug in their ordering online site though .

First off, I walk in there and these people look MISERABLE. News flash buddy, if you hate your job it’s no one’s fault but your own. I literally stand there for over 7 minutes without being acknowledged or even made eye contact with, 2 other costumers were in there and they literally just walked out. After almost 10 minutes and they finally hand me the pizza, which I always order light on the cheese and extra sauce, was the complete opposite, NO SAUCE to be found and it was like a 5 cheese blend pizza. Joke of a crew, shame on you Papa John’s for hiring any sucker off the street. You might have better ingredients and better pizza but you sure as hell don’t have better staff.
