My love for pizza starts and ends with PAPA JOHNS. Hands down this location thrives when the manager Josh is running the shift. The atmosphere is super inviting, the service is quick and efficient. Always a pleasant and courteous staff member at the register to greet you. When Josh and his team are on they always get my order just right. We order delivery from this location all the time. It comes so quickly, hot and fresh every time! Today was a little different though! I ordered lunch to be delivered for my husband who is a boat captain. There is no real address so I entered the closest spot. Long story short the pizza was delivered to the wrong spot. Not their fault at all. The manager Tasha was quick to get a new pizza out to the right location for him. Thank you again for the great service!

I ordered a pizza last night around 10::30p. I had free pizza coupon, therefore there were no charges. However, when the delivery guy came my 11yr old niece answered the door and got the pizza. Before she could notify an adult that the pizza had arrived, the deliver driver asked her for his tip! We order almost every week and we tip generously might I add! That was the most unprofessional thing to do in my opinion! On top of that our pizza arrived over baked and without the quality we were used to. Seriously considering if we would ever be ordering from this store again.

I was disappointed that I ordered extra cheese and yet there were dry patches on the dough without any cheese. When I drew this to the Manager’s attention she did not offer to do anything to make it right. Rather than argue, I have decided to never return to this location as this has happened here before. The one off Military trail in Palm Beach Gardens is better but I think I’ll just take a break from Papa John’s altogether.

I never went to this place before but called for the first time to order and the customer service was ridiculous I called on April 20th, 2023 @12:10am just in case the manager sees this and knows who was on the phone at that time . She was speaking fast making it known she didn’t want to talk to me.. all I was trying to do was order food I just don’t understand. They just hire anybody nowadays worst papa johns ever. I placed an order yesterday night which came with the pizza undercooked and no bottom for half of it, furthermore I gave the driver a $10 dollar tip as it was late at night, I called the next day in the afternoon to tell them about it and they were extremely rude even tho I explained everything nicely the manager who took the phone when I called and was blaming me for not calling earlier even tho I have a job and couldn’t call until I got off, worst service I’ve ever received in a papa johns hope you have a blessed day

The worst customer service. The Manager, Tasha or Natasha is nasty and rude. App said pizza would take around 60 minutes. 75 minutes later I called, she was nasty, rude, said my pizza would get there when it gets there. No apologies. I told her just to cancel the order. She was extremely nasty and rude and just said okay. Under my breath I may have called her a name as I was hanging up. I tried to order a pizza a week later and she was again extremely nasty and told me that she doesn’t deliver to my address. I told her that I ordered a week previous and have ordered from there a few times and never had an issue with it being delivered to my address. And she said well, too bad because I’m not delivering to you because you called me a name last time we spoke. I said well I was hanging up, you are nasty and rude and I’ll just call your corporate office, She said go ahead, I could care less. They’re only going to send the complaints to me anyways, I’m the one that’s going to be calling you to talk about it. And she laughed and hung up on me. We will no longer be ordering from this location for our new office either. Marcos is way better anyway

Not sure what happened to this place, we used to order all the time. Last 2 orders our “original crust” pizza and bread sticks have been hard as rocks. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but it’s not, it’s borderline inedible. Avoid.

I have visited this location for many years . Recently there is a female manager by the name of Shannon . She is very rude and she have the worst customer service . I have been a assistant manager for 15 years at Popeyes. I would never treat a customer like she treated me. I shop here for my disable son cause he love pappa John pizza. My account have been flagged by her not to get any delivery service . Which is very sad . Because there is no reason given as to why it was done . I have reached out to speak to the general manager and still have yet to hear from her . Last week I went there to resolve the issue and Shannon was there and she was arguing with me all in front of other customer’s. So unprofessional. I will never patronize here again . Bummer
