I can not believe this place is still in business. The drugged out manager and crew are negligent. They told us this is how an order of breadsticks come and when I grabbed one, it was more undercooked than play dough. If they can be so ignorant about raw bread, I can guarantee these employees are not washing their hands or regarding any food handling procedures. My girlfriend had one slice of the pizza and VOMMITED! The crew working was sweaty and gross. I will definitely be going to corporate. I promise I’m not a Karen but this is unsafe!

I ordered a New York style pizza with extra cheese bacon and sausage and onions WELL DONE AND MY CHEESE WAS AS WHITE AS MILK MY PIZZA CRUST WAS THE SAME COLOR …also they threw my pizza on the wrong crust and just handed it to me as if nothing was wrong rather than letting me know …. She only offered to put it back in once I said something 9/11/2025 around 10:30… also I was promised a refund and only got a partial if it was not a full refund, that should have been specified as well

Update – I’m bumping the rating back up again after a couple good service experiences with them.
Update 5/24 – received burnt pizza that was dry and inedible. Perplexed as to how this food was able to leave the kitchen.
They get it right about 2/3rds of the time, almost. Everyone is nice about it though.

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. I asked for well done wings and my order was done in less than 9 mins exactly when I placed it and I was okay with that because I could’ve put them in the air fryer(even though it’s not what I paid for). Then I opened the pizza boxes I ordered original crust pizzas, I received two thin crust pizzas and I know it’s not original because one of the reasons I like Papa John’s pizza is because the original has a thicker crust then the rest. This is not the first time I received this kind of service and it cost way too much for the stuff to come out like this. My husband was the one to pick the food up and he never check to make sure the food is good(and he’s not supposed to), but to minimize going back you should always check your food. This order was $33 so this will be my last time ordering from this place. If it wasn’t for the storm I would’ve took it back.

Came to pick up pizzas for the office. Was actually surprised? Compared to the domino’s across the street this was much better. Not my ideal but they were quick, friendly, and got the job done for our meeting. Got 4 pies and 3 cokes. $80

You would think that a pizza joint would be used to busy Saturday nights, but I guess this one hasn’t figured it out yet.
I ordered and had to wait two hours for the notification to say it was on its way. When I went out to meet the delivery guy he drove off, so I got in my truck and headed to the store.
Apparently after two hours they still had forgotten two boxes of my order. I then had to wait in the store in my pajamas for the delivery guy to come back and give me the pizza and the store to give me my two other boxes.
Only to open the box and see that my pizza looks like this.
I’d I highly suggest new management and new employees for this location because they are obviously not used to the pizza delivery hustle.

Got a pizza here and the cheese tasted like spoiled milk. 4 different people said the same. Ended up just throwing it away so no one would get sick. I don’t even want to think of why or what might have been wrong with the cheese.
