Oh my God. If stop was an option that’s what they were doing. Not that they were playing, we’re talking to each other. They were just in a stop mode. Although they were walking around looking like they were working they were not. Rated over an hour and 45 minutes for two pizzas. Maybe there was four people ahead of me Max. I saw two deliveries go out. As well, thank God I don’t live in this area. The pizzas were good though when I finally got them.

Sloppy pizza making. Ordered pepperoni pizza , they put the pepperoni under the cheese so when you bite at a piece of pepperoni all the cheese slides off. Also ordered bbq was made terribly. Order from the sunrise one. This one is trash.

I ordered online and when I received the order I received a 14 in large, I thought 16in is large no matter if it’s epic stuffed crust…I didn’t know a Hawaiian pizza came with out the pineapple? and instead they placed an explosion of onions. When I called to let them know it took long for them to decide what they were going to do, and let them to send me the right pizza. I have been waiting for past 45 min. No replacement pizza.. huh! Isn’t it 45 min or less is it free? Very disappointed on the customer service and overall resolution. Still waiting…. For the pizza….going on to an hour… last time I order from here.

Horrible service ,we input the time for it to be here at 2:30 just so it wouldn’t be cold and just two minutes after we placed it it said it’ll be delivered at 1:17 so we called and somehow they said it’s not possible to change the time order even though it wasn’t an issue on our end it was in theirs,and they said they somehow put 3 pies of pizza in the oven so they said they can’t heat it up again to deliver at 230 but they can only give the order cold and let it sit for 2 hours until 230 ,mind you it’s 12:25.we spent $60 for cold food.because they’re website messed up.

I would say check your boxes before you leave. Our garlic bread sticks were burnt and they didn’t give us the pizza sauce. After I tipped and signed my receipt I said thank you have a good night and not one of the 4 employees standing right there said anything. Poor costumer service and poor food 🙁 upsetting to right this because we love papa John’s

Kind of a weird experience ordering here. Teenagers on shift, they were backed up. Some other teenagers came, one of them put on an apron and started helping them out. The manager and an employee were cleaning something by the front door and didn’t greet me. What do u expect though, it’s Papa Johns not a five star pizza joint. They probably don’t want to be at work. Understandable, I was a teenager once. I just think they could be led better and improve their professionalism. I’m always skeptical about all this because it usually trickles down to how they treat food safety and cleanliness. Then again, it’s just a Papa Johns.
The pizza was decent. It was made correctly. We ordered the cheesy crust and a jalapeno poppers type of appetizer. It was overpriced in my opinion.

Hadn’t had Papa Johns for a while but while visiting friends they ordered a few pizzas from here and they were incredible. Very friendly crew. Already planning the return visit with my friends to try a couple other things.
