Very disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. Employees looked careless and unhygienic — with loose hair, poorly worn uniforms, and inappropriate behavior inside the kitchen area. I even witnessed staff scratching their bodies while handling food, which is unacceptable in any food service environment.
The attitude toward delivery drivers was rude and arrogant, showing a complete lack of respect. On top of that, pizzas were handled roughly, almost thrown around, which raises serious concerns about food quality and care.
Overall, the place felt disorganized, careless, and far below basic standards of cleanliness and professionalism. I would not recommend this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would the level of disrespectful , sarcastic, laugh in your face attitude of this entire crew! I am a 3rd Party Delivery Driver and waited over 30 mjns no problem. It’s busy I get it , but a certain employee said 5 more mins , idk if he was talking to me he had his back turned. And as I asked he said no I was talking to the wall very sarcastically. Then I asked to speak to a manager and he overtalked me and refused to pass me the Customers food. Avoid this location at all costs!

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Conduct by Staff
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this establishment was unacceptable. I placed two separate orders, and one of them was delivered cold. When I called to address the issue, I expected a basic level of courtesy and customer service. Instead, I was met with rudeness from an employee named Will Lakeclear, who not only failed to offer a solution but actually hung up on me mid-conversation.
This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also completely disrespectful to paying customers. If this is the kind of treatment management allows, it raises serious concerns about how customer issues are handled at this location. I sincerely hope the higher-ups take this seriously—this level of disregard for customer satisfaction should never be tolerated.

I ordered a special buying one and get one free for $35 plus dollars(with taxes and delivery fee3.49) And this is what I got from them. This is crazy.I called this location was showing on my uber eats app and they said I didn’t ordered from them. This is my last order from Papa John’s! Could not imagine papa John’s small (6 pieces) pizza costs this much, this is ridiculous!

On December 28, 2025 I ordered three, large pizzas with cheese in the crust for my grandkids to eat dinner. Earlier than promised, an employee delivered two of the three, handed them to my oldest grandson, and ran off from the house. She ignored my repeated calling her to come back for her tip. At that moment I did not know she had delivered just two of the three pizzas that I had ordered. I immediately called the store and stated my dilemma, they offered me 30% discount for my next order. I refuse and said I wanted the third pizza, in fact I wanted three brand new hot warm delivered pizzas at once as my original order. After back-and-forth the manager in the shift, his name is Mike, he refused to do so. He said he could give me 30% discount on the next order or deliver the other pizza but not deliver three new pizzas. How does this make any sense, 2/3 of the people would eat 1/3 would have to wait an additional half hour to eat. The icing on the cake for this terrible store is that they never deliver the third pizza I ordered. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

I ordered online using papa pairings had to wait over the time it said my order would be ready. The gave me the wrong order then tried to make me wait for them to remake it. I asked for a refund but wanted to keep my bread they wanted to upcharge me for their mistake. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. This location has completely gone down hill; absolute trash. They constantly forget items, you can’t speak to anyone since they just pick up and put you on the automated system indefinitely, even for a status check. Honestly, papajohns should pull the franchise agreement with this owner – making the brand look terrible. And for some reason, anytime doordash gets involved it’ll take hours to get your food. Don’t rely on them to feed your family – they don’t care.

No customer service skills at to whom ever the person answering the phone around 9:45pm tonight horrible communication skills and he was acting like a child. He in fact kept calling playing on my phone after hanging up and i cancel my order because the delivery person was actually DoorDash delivering my pizza and the time kept changing when i was looking online to track my orders. Very frustrating the delivery time kept changing it’s just was too much with my order and I order from here all the time i literally even said I will drive to the store to get my food. The guy answering the phone was just childish rude and playful. Never had a problem I’ve order from papa John’s several times tonight was my last.

Update: Bright and polite is what comes to mind when describing the space and employees! They even have the free seasoning packets on the counter available for takeout. (Parmesan cheese, papa johns seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes) Ordered an original crust pizza but somehow received thin crust… other than that, it’s a nice new location with courteous employees.
