Unfortunately this is my first bad review. On December 30, my sister and I order a pizza for movie night with our two toddlers. My sister comes back with the pizza and our pepperoni pizza has no pepperoni (not important to us but very important to our toddlers). We call the store and ask the manager if they can deliver a new pizza. The manager informs us we need to drive back to the store to bring back the “incorrect” pizza and pick up the corrected order. I tell the manager we are both pregnant, alone at home with our two toddlers and the point of delivering pizza was to relax. This is more of an hassle than anything, especially since they made the mistake. Impossible to deliver a new pizza because they need to get back the mistake order. I ask if they can deliver the correct pizza so our kids will be happy, and our husbands will bring back the incorrect pizza when they come back around 10 pm. Impossible. Maybe a partial refund ? No. Last attempt: we suggest bringing back the pizza to show them there’s no pepperoni (although we’re super tired and this is an inconvenience), getting the new pepperoni pizza, but maybe keeping the XXL pizza with the incorrect toppings as compensation for all the trouble, especially since they will throw it away anyways and we can avoid waste ? Not possible. Won’t be back and I would suggest avoiding this place unless you want to encourage bad customer service.

Ordered food for delivery 45 minutes before they closed using their app. Feedback from their app said the food was in preparation. They took the money from the account (pre-auth’d). Then, about 25 minutes later announced that the order was canceled. No explanation why. Apparently it may take 6-8 weeks to get a refund. Not a good reflection on the company. We’ll still order again in future, but next time we’ll go through Grubhub, who have a better track record.

We order pizza to my job every weekend for a group of 20 people, so as you can imagine its a big order. They’ve switched to door dash as a delivery service and they are always really late with delivery or canceling our order. Needless to say, we will be ordering Dominos from now on as they are more consistent with their delivery.

Love your pizza Papa John’s but your delivery drivers need to keep the food in an insulated bag UNTIL they hand it off to the customer! It’s freezing outside and the delivery guy had the food with no bag! Domino’s always has their drivers carry an insulated bag! Do better please!

Employee, Keisha, is not only rude but verbally abusive to customers. She tried to tell me that the order I placed to be delivered at 7:15pm was sent out at 8:15pm and that I should have accepted it, which it never arrived. In any case, by 8:15pm we ordered from another restaurant as we were starving. Guess Papa John’s doesnt care who they hire to run their restaurants. I give this place NUMEROUS NEGATIVE STARS.

really wish i could leave 0 stars. The lady at the front was so mean and i was genuinely trying hard to be nice. Ive been coming to fort lauderdale every year for the last decade and ill never be returning to papa johns. I highly suggest you fire the guy with dreads and the girl wearing a bonet.

If I could give it 0 stars I would employees were extremely rude order was placed 15 minutes before their “cutoff at 2” and still refused to make it instead were extremely sarcastic and unprofessional. Would rather sit on their phones than make my customers uber eats order. Door gets locked before 2 by the way! Even though they are open until 2:15. I will be contacting corporate and reporting the disgusting employee for his actions. Disgusting.

Lazy staff, not greeting and not even answering after saying “thank you” when picking up the order. Pizza was cut without any sense, big slides and very tiny slides. The behavior is like they don’t want to be there.

didn’t get a 2 liter that i ordered and told the lady behind the counter that i ordered a 2 liter. she said ok and then just walks away to prep something like we never had that interaction. the other worker finally comes up and asks if she can help me, again i say i ordered a 2 liter and i finally got it. came home, opened up the box, and my pizza was not cut at all. obviously the employees here are beyond lazy and rude.
