Horrible experience, Second time I received my pizza a mess, as you could see. First picture was the first time I received my pizza mess. The second time was today March 19, 2024. I do not recommend this Papa Johns whatsoever, talk to the manager didn’t even apologize nor give me a discount for the inconvenience or send me something for free! No, bueno!!!!!

We ordered a pizza and they delivered it with no cheese when we only ordered it with less sauce. The manager then offered a credit but the next time we called to order a new pizza a horrifically rude manager picked up, we asked for his name and he repeatedly would hang up, yell, and curse just because we asked for his name.

Terrible customer service the lady at cashier with bad eyelashes black hair I showed her the receipt from my order online that I made showing her the other half the way it was supposed to be. She still continued to say it’s not true. It’s not true and she did not want to change my pizza nor did she want to make me the correct pizza. So rude.

The service was awful, one of the girls (the one with black hair) was really disrespectful, I don’t know how you can hire people like that for costumer service.
The quality of Papa John’s has been decreasing a lot but it’s not only on the pizzas but on their workers as well.
No one deserves a bad treatment and a ruined meal due to the workers being unable to behave themselves.

Pizza didn’t come with a tamper proof sticker and had a thick hair on it. Truly disgusting. I tried calling and was placed on hold. Based on the other reviews it looks like people have had horrible experiences with the manager, so I won’t even try. I ordered from Uber. Not sure if this was the pizza place itself or Uber. Either way gross.
