I just ordered the Alfredo cheese pizza and got this. Not sure what this mess is, but it’s definitely not the pizza I ordered. Tried to ask for a refund from the “manager” who couldn’t answer any of my questions without referring to his “general manager” who was too busy to speak with me. They said they wouldn’t refund my money, only give me the same pizza in its place. No thanks. I’m done with this Papa John’s. Quality and service have gone way down.

What a surprise to see so many 1 star reviews. When I placed my order, there was an error with my order. When I called within a minute or so to correct the error, they claimed it was “too late” to correct/cancel the order and said I had to call corporate. After spending 15 minutes with corporate, corporate confirmed that only the local pizzeria has the authority to correct/cancel orders. So they led me on a wild goose chase to avoid having to correct the error. Do not order from this Papa John’s.

Really crappy management!!! Supposedly the manager‘s name is Hector and he said he called the GM. We waited over an hour and a half to receive a very cold crappy pizza. We have screenshots and we’re willing to give them of how we placed the order and told them how their website was giving us a hard time and they said it was not their problem. We will never order from here again

I order here all the time and sell the pizza cards for my school. I called this morning to see if they would donate 6 empty pizza boxes for a public school science project and the manager rudely said no. She said the owner doesnt do these things. Just came to say that it would of cost this business $5 to donate these supplies to kids. I will order from Dominoes where they did donate.

Yesterday Tuesday August 6 we pass by for this shopping center and decide to eat some pizza the lady that was there that afternoon she was so nice and she prepared a delicious pizza that even today I’m enjoying.

I ordered a 2 liter Pepsi, large pineapple pizza with garlic cheese crudt and cinnamon pull aparts. I never received my drink and my pizza was quite literally raw I couldnt even pull it apart to put it in the oven because of how bad it was. I called and the manager said he would send me back my drink just to never get it back. I’m disappointed.

Routinely understaffed. Can’t blame the employees, they’re doing what they can. But whoever is managing this place. They ain’t managing. It shouldn’t take over an hour to deliver a pizza, it’s not Super Bowl Sunday, you’re not the only pizza place in town.

I ordered 4 pizzas with extra cheese and extra pineapple, but I received fewer toppings than requested, as if I had asked for the opposite. This is unacceptable because I didn’t get what I paid for. The service quality at this Papa John’s is disappointing. I do not recommend this place. They need to replace the manager with someone who ensures a proper customer experience.
