⚠️Unprofessional and misleading handling of a DoorDash delivery.
After the delivery was completed by a DoorDash driver, the customer wrote a tip on a Papa John’s merchant receipt. The store did not pay out the tip in cash, did not take the receipt back, and claimed that I could “call DoorDash to receive the tip,” which DoorDash confirmed is not possible.
Merchant-entered or handwritten receipt tips do not transfer to DoorDash drivers. The situation was left unresolved, and the driver was sent away without payment.
This is poor handling of third-party deliveries. Drivers should be aware.

The pizza was cooked so poorly. If you order from here plz open the box and take a look at the pizza. That’s my advice to you. I have no idea if the cooks are new or in a rush but it wasn’t cheesy or presentable. Driving back would have been a pain so here I am just leaving a google review.

I get pizza here almost every week through their app where they have a lot of good deals plus you accumulate points with every order called “papa dough” so we get free pizza pretty often. Service is super fast, it never disappoints.

Its true they really had a few special, especially with hot wings, so I got 2 and 2 medium pizzas, one veggie, the other cheese. So I started doing it for the 1st time online. 1st, it asked me to enter, so i did open. It kept rejecting my password even though I put it to remember my password. It keeps telling me that it wasn’t a good password . I did it again, and again… and then it was saying it doesn’t recognize my email…
So i asked for a link but it send it to my email the one i use was at home so i couldnt do nothing…it was taking too long, The lady saw i was having problem,”very sweet asked, “Tell me what you want.”So I did the order with her got. Thank God!
Even though i lost the discount and the tip I was going to give.
I’m sorry I forgot to give her the tips. I didn’t have cash… sorry!

They don’t have a lot of parking, they aren’t the cleanest, employees make the dough, answer the phone and type on the keyboard without washing hands. Just not a place I’d order my pizza from if I saw the conditions before I ordered.
