This place is the worst pizza spot in Florida. The bar is pretty low with the workers actually doing their jobs. Who the hell gives you a sad pathetic excuse for a pizza but also doesn’t even cut it into separate pieces!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed an order at this Papa John’s location and was told my food would arrive at 8:54 PM. I live one building away from the store. Despite this, my order never showed up.
I repeatedly called the restaurant and spoke with a man named Jake, who claimed he was the manager. From the start, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He flat-out told me that it was not his job to know where my order was and that I should just wait “as long as the driver needs.” Absolutely unbelievable.
Forty-five minutes AFTER the promised delivery time, my order was still missing and Jake couldn’t have cared less.
When I insisted he contact the driver, I was told the order had already been delivered — to a MAN named “Laura” at my door.
Read that again.
Apparently my food was delivered to a MAN named “Laura.” Interesting, considering no one came to my door and I was home the entire time. What a joke. Either the driver delivered to the wrong place or this was a straight-up lie.
To make it even worse, Jake then tried to justify this by saying that Laura is a common man’s name. The level of absurdity and disrespect here is unreal.
After another 20 minutes of arguing, instead of fixing the issue or showing even a shred of accountability, Jake simply said he would cancel the order. No apology. No solution. No professionalism.
This location is dishonest, poorly managed, and completely incompetent. If this is how managers are trained to treat customers, it’s no surprise orders go missing.
Shame on this Papa John’s. Avoid at all costs.

The only thing they got right was my pizza, didn’t get the dipping sauce I wanted, didn’t come with my soda. delivery guy just disappeared. What type of service is this? Didn’t answer the phone when I called for a refund.

I ordered the daily special of two large pizzas with three toppings each while at the pool 30 minutes before I picked it up. The pizzas were waiting for me, and the checkout process was smooth. There were a bunch of people waiting for pizzas inside, but they could’ve called it in like I did. The pizza was divine, and I crushed it in the car. Five out of five.

Absolutely pathetic. I ordered a cheese pizza and got a dry piece of bread with a splash of sauce. There was barely any cheese — how do you mess up something that simple? It’s called a cheese pizza for a reason. Total waste of money, zero care put into the food, and clearly no quality control. Never ordering from this joke of a place again.

Absolutely disgusting. Every single employee behind the counter was eating food — literally all of them — and then going right back to making pizzas without washing their hands or wearing gloves. One guy touched his face and eyes, then immediately started handling dough. No gloves, no handwashing, no basic hygiene. It was honestly shocking. If this is how they operate in front of customers, I don’t even want to imagine what goes on in the back. This place is a health hazard and should be inspected ASAP. I’m never coming back.
