This is the worst papa John’s I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible, they’re rude and unprofessional. They do not give refunds, they just block peoples numbers when you ask, even if you’re being respectful and kind. I don’t know what’s gotten into these workers but they need to be held accountable. If I could give zero stars I would. They gave my entire order to another person and when I requested a refund they blocked my number. I will be calling the store manager to hold all employees accountable

This Papa John’s restaurant is the worst, each time the food at this pizzeria is worse and worse and several times I have made complaints about the food prepared there but they don’t care at all. Absolutely DISGUSTING AND I MEAN THE FOOD AND THE EMPLOYEES . I ordered a pizza today and when it came. It smell weird and then when you hold it up the Ingredients slops of in a nasty way . The sauce is watered down looks like strawberry jelly . I called and asked for a new. Pizza and returned the one I got with just one slice missing . When the replacement came the replacement was worst than the first . And when I told the store rep she told me she already send me a pizza and that is was made by the best pizza artist in the store . I won’t be ordering from Papa Johns pizza anymore. We tried the new stuffed crust pizza and no one enjoyed it. It wasn’t worth it. Also the jalapeño poppers were a joke. They didn’t look presentable and failed the taste test as well. The other pizza ordered with pineapples didn’t have sweet pineapples. Everyone was disappointed in the entire order.

Not sure what is….the issue. Ordered from 3 different locations over the past few months vs same location. Pizza was….lack of a better word …soggy.
Crust….also soggy. Pizza just didn’t taste like it was baked 100%.
Ordered from another location some weeks later. Same size and toppings and also didn’t seem to be baked 100%.
Few days ago, ordered same pizza and toppings from completely different location and it took was soggy. And not just my opinion as had a few other people also eating some of the pizza.
PJ’s is not going to issue a refund or credit either. So you’re sort of stuck with your order if it’s also…soggy.

Yesterday I went to place a take out order. Specify half with chicken/mushrooms/pineapple, the other half with pepperoni, a super easy order! Order online for pickup and the order took 20 minutes longer than quoted on the app. The breads were amazing and the pizza we ordered was very delicious as well. The wings I requested to be well done but it was very uncooked to our liking. After throwing the wings in the air fryer for a few minutes the were alot better. After ordering I realized that the small pizza I ordered was more expensive than large pizza which didn’t make sense at all. Pricing wise not worth it.
