I don’t eat pizza like that but tonight I decided to get some, I got a Shaq-a-roni for delivery, I ordered on the app and tipped on the app, I also put down to leave it at my door. When the pizza came the driver spam called me while I’m busy working and said that he had to hand it to me, okay whatever I go and get it. Then I get my pizza and open it and look at this, keep in mind – I PAID EXTRA FOR EXTRA PEPPERONI AND EXTRA CHEESE

Our pizza was delivered with no pepperoni topping. Called to let the store know and they offered to send another pie. The second one arrived over an hour later, cold, and AGAIN no pepperoni on it, and missing another topping as well. Called the store and was told by Maya that the manager, Anthony, wanted me to send pictures to prove it… really? How ridiculous and insulting. I am posting the pictures he requested which show no pepperoni. I will also forward this to corporate Papa John’s via their survey. What awful service. Never again ordering from here.

Yesterday I ordered two pizzas for delivery. And when the delivery guy came he was angry and upset that I didn’t tip. But the truth was I did tip. I paid online with my credit card and tipped online. So he was upset for no reason. He should of read the receipt. Last time I order from this place.

Ok guys i had to do a review about this Papa Johns i ordered my food online and said that it will be ready at 2:00 pm i got to Papa Johns at 2:15pm and after paying for my food it was 2:20 pm i took one of the jalapeno poppers and eat it which was extremely cold so i asked the guy why is it cold he said because it was ready at 2 and its now 2:20 pm. I did not mind that because maybe i was too late, i got to my job and when i open the sandwich folders that i bought chicken was only on the one side which was another disappointment. I will never never ever ever eat or order anything from Papa Johns as long as i live. I’m really dissatisfy with the service and the quality of food that they sold me.

Of course before i say anything i loved papa johns pizza but after yesterday saddly have to say was the worst pizza i ever ate in my life ! It tasted like a frozen pizza and was card board thin . And like i said the review is in hope that you guys fix the problem !
