This review is souly to explain that this store can’t determine if they can have 2 equal managers at the same time. Whom barley speaks English and can resolve and the other whom can. KARY if his name is spelt wrong it’s ok at least he was mentioned and given credit. Twice in 2 days orders have been messed up. Twice with out resolve. And I commend Kary if it’s his name for defusing the situation and trying to solve. Sadly it wasn’t and Kary offered a free pizza but free isn’t what myself and family wanted so i politely declined. Money wasn’t and isn’t the issue. I just wanted what I paid for and wasn’t able to receive from the store and having to peruse corporate sucks only to get the same result.

It’s hit or miss.. Most of time miss especially with delivery..I stay not even a mile a way and my food be almost cold. Sometimes the pizza is made good but most time poorly. Service is quick though.

Do not waste your time or money with this location. The food is the worst of any Papa John’s I have ordered from. I guess “extra cheese” for them means less cheese. They also skimp out on the toppings as well. I have gotten pizza from many other locations, and this is the only one I have had issues with. I have even reached out to corporate. They gave me free pizza coupons, but have not offered any solutions to improve the quality at this particular store. Unfortunately, I have had to keep ordering from this location, because the system does not allow me to select another location for delivery. Going forward, I’m switching to Dominoes or Pizza Hut.

Horrible experience. I ordered online for pickup and paid. Pick up was for 5:30pm. I got there at 5:40 and my order was not ready. No apologies for their unprofessionalism. I asked for a refund. Will never return to that place.

Worst papa johns in MIAMI!!!! They need to fire everyone in this store or close this store down because it is clear that not even upper management cares about their customers. I’ve made several complaints to the customer service/corporate office and no follow up. It’s no surprise that their staff is terrible. If their upper management doesn’t care, how can their unprofessional and rude staff care. CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN!!
