Unbelievable…I had to pick up an order at 5:20pm. I arrived to the pizzeria at 5:50pm thinking that it was gonna be cold and they even couldn’t find my order. It’s ridiculous! They said you gotta wait 10-15min or cancel the order. I was like, what? They’re so fresh! Not even an apology for their negligence! It’s just unbelievable!

Pizza was delivered COLD, called to advise them and they said because it was delivered they couldn’t do anything. Delivery time kept changing, which we expect, but for the food to be stiff – that’s just not cool.

Service is good. I ordered delivery by mistake and before I could correct my issue the delivery man was already outside my door, I’d say that’s a fast service. He was also super awesome and polite.
As for ordering take out, it was just like any other Papa John’s.
Atmosphere is horrible, not inside the location, but outside. I had to be buzzed in and staff warned me about the homeless people idling outside. Just as I got out I got harassed about “getting a piece of that pizza”. I understand that this has nothing to do with the store, but it is definitely a factor for me to not want to ho back there.

The food quality has gone down the drain. They appear to be using old ingredients especially the pizza dough as it doesn’t even rise anymore and taste funny. I will not be returning to this location.

Placed an order for delivery. Pizza came and the toppings literally were all on one side of the pizza falling out the box. Was told by the delivery driver there’s nothing he can do and i’ll have to contact the store. So i called the store, and by the way this isnt the first time something like this has happened. So i called the store, and told them what is happening and the person who answered the phone was so rude. She told me that she can give me store credit but i told her i just want my money back So i can order dinner elsewhere since this is like the 10th time i have to deal with this. I asked to speak to the manager and she starts laughing and people in the background are laughing as well. She said well im the manager and hung up. I called back and someone different picked up and i asked to speak to the manager again and he then laughed and hung up. Absolutely crazy whats going on over there. Never ordering there again.

Ordered was placed at 11a and delivered at 1136a. Food was hot and made correctly. If I had to have an issue, it would be that the cheese wasn’t distributed evenly. Some areas has cheese and the others was just the sauce. I ordered a large garlic crust sausage, mushrooms, and half anchovies pizza. Don’t knock it til u try it. It was delicious. Will I order again, yes.

I live just a mile from this store, but I now drive 9.5 miles to another Papa John’s because the service here is consistently terrible. I’ve had three frustrating experiences that show a clear lack of professionalism and care. I’m not trying to get anyone fired; however, they need serious work when dealing with customers.
Despite repeatedly requesting “no knocking, contactless delivery,” both drivers knocked anyway. One sneezed—open-mouthed—at my door. The other laughed when I reminded him of the note, while my dogs barked nonstop.
When I called to complain both times, the manager was rude and unhelpful. The general manager later offered 50% off and said to contact her directly if any other issues arose—but it seems it can only be at 10 AM, with no direct line. As a teacher, we are actively teaching, making it nearly impossible.
When I tried to redeem the discount, I was put on hold, hung up on, and told the GM couldn’t speak to me. When I asked who was above her, the manager shrugged and said he didn’t know—wouldn’t even look me in the eye. That kind of indifference says it all.
After reading their reviews, it’s clear the bad ones far outweigh the few good ones—which just praise basic job duties. This store needs serious customer service training. In contrast, the Papa John’s 9.5 miles away is respectful, professional, and worth the drive.

Understaffed put in a online order that was supposed to be ready by 6:49 I didn’t get my complete order till 7:30. Even though app said food is ready to pick up by 6:50 pm.
