I gotta say the workers here are always kind, friendly and polite. I’ve had a few occasions where I ordered for the wrong location and they’ve been quick to cancel it for me at the other location and serve me quickly. The pizza is good, nothing amazing but it’s a pizza food chain with great prices so you get what you pay for. No complaints or bad experiences here. Even on a day they are extremely busy service is quick and they bring on the extra man power to keep pumping out food quick. They’ve got awesome teamwork.

I recently ordered a pizza from Papa John’s, and I’m beyond disappointed with the entire experience. Not only did my delivery arrive without a safety seal (which is crucial for ensuring that my food is safe and secure), but when I contacted the store about it, the manager, Zach, was completely unhelpful. He didn’t offer any solution or show any concern for my safety. I expected much better service, especially when it comes to something as basic as food safety. I won’t be ordering from here again. Poor customer service and lack of attention to safety is unacceptable!

Zack! Is good. The pizza comes out fresh… he has great customer service. He is very professional, and he greets the customer quickly. This is my second time coming to this location. Papa John, you did outstanding by hiring a very professional gentleman. Congratulations, continue the good work, Papa John, and give this man a raise. Last two visits, the pizza has been underbaked and doughy in the middle. Had to put it back in the oven to bake further. Appears to be a recent problem. We didn’t experience this until recently at this location. Disappointing.

Don’t call this Papa! Placed an order via their app. 20 minutes in and no progress was made on the Pizza Tracker. Found it weird. I decided to call. 12 minutes on hold to speak to a person. The gentleman who finally answers, confirms my order and proceeds to tell me they have been pushing out all incoming orders by 2 hours and to ignore the timing promised on the app. I asked if they were expecting to notify folks of this change. Because, I could not wait 2 hours over the promised time. I asked him to please cancel my order, which he seemed annoyed to have to do, and repeated that they’re too busy for incoming orders. Very poor service. I ordered from a different store and had pizza in 20 minutes. Seems like they do not need the business.

This place is a scam please stay away be very careful with your card information!!!! They charge you and claim that the transaction never went through… Then, you have to place another order for new authorization on your credit card. These people are very dishonest and unprofessional, they no other number to call or someone to talk to in order to file a complaint against their fraudulent practices. I hope they go out of business immediately!!!!!

I called last week after placing my order to verify they got the instructions. The system were down and no other papa johns can pick up the delivery orders. Super inconvenient but hey life happens right. Customer service about it was horrible but thankfully got a refund. A week later need the same order delivered and they advised an hour and half for deliveries. I was shocked again customer service is RUDE and was like no drivers are available would you like to pick it up? I once again have to drive out of my way to drop pizza off for kids camp. At least if the customer service was nicer about it and another store can help out with deliveries. Papa john needs to have a system in place to help each other out. It needs to be a team effort. Will probably Give up at this point from this location. Hopefully corporate can fix these issues.
