Save your money and go elsewhere. (Delivery order.) This was supposed to be a medium New York Style pizza with extra cheese, normal wedge cut. It was barely cut at all, burnt something on the edges, the dough was thin, didn’t look fully cooked, and it tasted that way too. (I tried a bite.) I also got the boneless wings which were fine so they get two stars instead of one.

Ordered pizzas an hour and a half before a scheduled delivery for a birthday party. Pizzas were delivered almost an hour later than scheduled. Called them and was told they actually don’t have delivery drivers. They contract with door dash and couldn’t find a driver. It does not say that in the app. Gentleman on the phone was polite and patient but absolutely unacceptable service!!!!

The service here has just about tanked. If you have an issue with your order (or even when you place an order for that matter) you are talking to a call center in Sri Lanka or someplace. With the large order we placed on NYE, we were shorted 2 pizzas. The delivery guy was rude and said “that was all the pizza he had” for us and left. We had a room full of people ready to eat so we took the pizza “he had” for us and called the store. But it wasn’t the store. I was patched through to the store and was on the phone for a total of 22 minutes (while my party was going on without me and I just wanted all 6 pizzas and 2 garlic knots that I paid for). With the actual Merritt Island store still on hold, we then drove to the store. I showed the lady I had been talking to at the actual store that I was still on hold and she smiled and said, “Oh, that’s crazy I thought I hung up on you.” Meanwhile, my party is still going on without me. We asked for a refund of the $15 tip for the bad delivery guy and when she couldn’t figure out how to do that in the system she decided to refund the whole order. At least, she said she refunded the whole order but we shall see. While our pizzas were out of the I’ve and boxed we stood there another couple of minutes while she continued to fidget with the register (even after acknowledging to the guy who boxed our lost pizzas that they were ready.) So we stood there waiting for our food until she was ready to pass it on to us. After having been longstanding customers of Papa Johns, we won’t be buying from them anymore. It’s just not worth the hassle when there are so many good local shops around now. Bye bye Papa Johns. Good luck with the way you now conduct your business. We’re out.

For the first time in many years, decided to give Papa John’s a try. Got a large thin crust 3 topping pizza and 8 roasted garlic Parmesan wings. The wings were mushy (cooked, but mushy), pizza was prepared just as we asked, so no problem there. However, the crust and pepperoni were pretty tasteless, mushrooms were fresh and tasty, overall just a so-so experience.

So I ordered my pizza tonight on the phone. They told me 12 to 16 minutes I arrived early I I went to ABC wine just to kill some time. I got there one pizza is ready one isn’t. The told me a couple minutes which turn to at least 15 minutes. I too the pizza got home the cheese is ice cold and the pepperoni is hot. Not to mention the bad customer service you get in the store. It’s a pizza store smile everyone love pizza stop ruining the mood and get peoples pizza ready on time. Not mention they put to different hold on my card because she said it didn’t go through the first time. Yes it did. I’m just gonna wait a couple days to see if they release the other charge. ♀️

Went in to get pizza today and I haven’t had your pizza in a long time because of an incident at a store in PA but I said I would try again DJ and a trainee he was training and this was the best freaking pizza I’ve had in a long time DJ did an excellent job and now I know where to get a GREAT pizza thanks DJ you’re the best
