Pizza was really good! It was delivered 20 minutes earlier than the given window, which would usually be okay but we weren’t home yet. The sauce order was not accurate. That’s frustrating since you have to pay extra for those. We were also pretty sketched out by the look of that pepperoncini. It looks like a bite was straight taken out of it.

In store 488 on Wickham in Walmart plaza I was really in the mood for a pizza walked in and whoever was working the counter she had no smile and said what do you want when I requested a smile she goes. This is me smiling so I told her well thank you and I left. Went next door to Jersey Mike’s got a sub. Went back in to Papa John’s to ask where the store number and she starts yelling at me and then when I left she walked next door into Jersey Mike’s and proceeded to yell at her. This is the date August 30th so whoever your manager is or whoever the girl was. She had glasses and an attitude like I’ve never seen. It was very unprofessional for her to do what she did and I just wanted to let somebody know I’ve never responded with a bad review before but it was extremely upsetting because I really wanted pizza. Thank you

I come here all the time to pick up deliveries and they are always so great, but whoever the big girl with glasses and dark hair is, is SO RUDE!!! She asked what I wanted and I told her the name and she walked away and responded to me. I asked her what she said since I couldn’t hear her and she yelled it back to me like I was an inconvenience!!! She then asked the driver next to me if she wanted a free drink but didn’t ask if I wanted one. I’m assuming it was an attempt to upset me ♀️. Never seen someone so rude!!!

Carl Burian , Your female manager on duty tonight failed you Epically. I ordered our pizza for in-store pick up because drivers do not except bills larger than $20 ( totally understand). After driving to your location and wasting my time and gas I was turned away and my hard earned honest to God Bless American money turned down. Here’s my favorite part! Getting home and seeing the sheer disappointment on the little girls faces and the pizza movie party you have ruined.

More a review of the website than the food. Specifically picked the Super Hawaiian pizza, specifically picked an “epic stuffed crust” and ended up with a barbecue chicken Hawaiian not stuffed crust. The receipt shows what we received, so not the restaurant’s fault, but that is NOT what we chose when we ordered.
