Ordered at 6:50pm. Text notifications said they would let me know when it’s done. Tried to call and literally no way to talk to someone. Picked it up over an hour later. Pizza was sitting there on the pickup shelf the whole time until I had to go get it. Probably a technical error, but lots of errors made.

Had the Pizza delivered, and it was awful. Tried the thin crust and it was like eating cardboard. 2nd 2nd chance, lousy pizza. We used to love P.J. The order tonight was awful. Barely any sauce or toppings. Lacking in flavor. Save your money. We threw out the last 4 pieces. Nobody wanted it. Overbaked and no flavor. Ended up scraping off the toppings and threw away the crust. We have ordered pizza from here before, but this could be the last. It was luke warm when delivered. Maybe the thin crust couldn’t hole the temp?

Love Papa John’s. Honestly think it’s better than dominoes. The pizza is soft to the bite and the crust, which I typically don’t enjoy in other pizza places, is delicious. More over, the garlic sauce that comes with the pizza is top tier.

Wow. Do not go to this papa johns. We requested half a pizza with no cheese. They refused to do it after we called and asked if they could. Then they put the mushrooms on the wrong side of the pizza we ordered. And they were passive aggressively laughable with my pizza. Ordered a gluten free with no cheese… they put my ingredients on it and put a circle of sauce on top. Cool guys. We won’t be going back.

Ordered from here for the first time last night. Lady almost forgot my 7 sauces I paid for and I asked for them. She proceeds to open my pizza box in front of me and touch my pizza multiple times to “make room for the extra 7 sauces” I told her to stop touching my food and I can’t believe she just did that in front of a customer. I then get home, take 2 bites of pizza only to discover that the pizza is RAW!!!! I’ve never had a bad pizza from Papa John’s in my entire life. I’ve never had a raw pizza in my entire life from anywhere! This was my first and last time ordering from here! STAY AWAY unless you want food poisoning! I drove back, returned my pizzas, and got a refund!
