This is a second time I’ve had an issue with this Papa John’s location. The first time I had waited two hours before just giving up on it ever arriving as my order’s progress never updated, just said it was still being made, but it was getting late and I canceled my order. This time, the pizza showed up as it looks in the picture. At first I thought it was possibly the DoorDasher’s fault for the way it looked, but after actually eating it, I didn’t really think so. The pizza was lazily made, barely even cut into slices, the bottom end not even having crust on it which I didn’t notice because of the melted cheese till after I decided to just eat it. The cheese itself was honestly disgusting and cold and had that texture like it wasn’t baked completely. The top half of the pizza, under all that cheese, was still squishy and doughy. I called the store, the manager was nice, but I would’ve preferred an entire refund than store credit.

Tried out the new Papa Bites just now. The chicken parm bites are delicious. Great amount of flavor and filling in each bite. The Oreo bites are a miss. The flavor just doesn’t come through. The frosting was delicious, though!
Been ordering carryout/delivery from this location since 2007. The quality hasn’t changed and that is a great thing. Will continue ordering from here whenever the pizza craving hits!

Last time I order from this dump place.
Order took one hour and when the driver got out to deliver the pizza, I lost contact with the tracker app. No phone message, no tracking, nothing.
When I got the pizza it was under-cooked and seemed like the driver dropped it because it was a total mess. Had to waste another 30 minutes to put it in the oven to cook it thoroughly. Taste was bland and disgusting.
The “chicken wings” were actually “chicken” nuggets with sauce from a ketchup bottle. Full of fillers and sodium, not real chicken. I would give this place 0 (zero) stars.

ONLY RATING BECAUSE ITS 10:48 on 12/26/25 and they have one guy on the Cook station and he is getting slammed and battered by people who are rude and feeling entitled, and he honestly is still fully smiling and being a perfect respectful man he deserves way more than a promotion and a raise it people like this they make the world go around He doesn’t deserve what he’s dealing with. I usually get my veggie pizza from this place but very disappointed this time. I ordered online and they gave time 15-20 mins to be ready. When my husband got there after 20 mins they haven’t evened started making the pizza. It took them over 40 mins for our order. Not just that but the reason I gave 1 star this time is due to quality. When we got home and open the pizza box, we found pepperoni in our veggie pizza. We are vegetarian and always order veggie pizza at this place (papa johns). Very disappointed with the service. Please do make sure and respect the vegetarian eaters too when you make pizza and not mix up the toppings when making.

It’s been a while since I gotten Papá John’s pizza. I went to this location today and Mariam G attended me. Pizza was amazing And good quality BUT her service was exceptional! She had knowledge on her product and recommended a few options. She was attentive and charismatic.. very sweet employee ! I’ll be back more often now! Thanks Mariam for all you do!

This location is fantastic and Nieldy is one of the good ones! I watched her handle a “not so nice” customer on a busy night and she worked through it and kept a smile on her face. “We” as patrons should remember the golden rule of treat others as you wish to be treated. Unfortunately, someone forgot but Nieldy didn’t let it get her down or change her positive attitude. My food was spot on, delicious and served with a smile! If you get a chance, have your order cashed out by Nieldy.

The store manager, an old white guy called Darren, was really rude. He got my order wrong and then refused to fix it. When I asked him, instead of apologizing he was shouting at me. The pizza was bad but the service was the worst. I am never ever going to visit this store again.
