I ordered from this location and was expecting a timely delivery. After placing the order, the delivery was switched to doordash. The order arrived late because the driver lied and said he couldn’t find the address, but later I found out he was making another delivery first. That wasn’t my only problem. The pizzas were cold and burned on the bottom and the dough definitely wasn’t fresh. The pictures are attached. I gave 2 stars because the manager Mike offered to make it right. He’s refunding my money. I may try them again, but never through delivery because the pizzas wouldn’t have been taken out of the store.

We had a wonderful dinner with Pizza from this place. Order online, pick it up with your own car and you have crisp and hot pizza every time. The staff was very friendly, as they are since years. thanks and well done team for a great pizza!

10 minutes to pick up my order and the pizza was already ready.
There was no one in front of the store, only one opening the pasta and another in the oven. They looked at me but ignored my several attempts to call. I spent 10 minutes saying “excuse me please”. Very disrespectful!

A doordash delivery driver stole our food but marked it as delivered. When I called the store I spoke to Justin and he was very helpful. Offered to make everything up again and have Moses bring it out to us. Justin was amazing to talk to and deal with. I commend him and hope this review finds the right ears to help Justin to gain a promotion some day. Moses the delivery driver was also amazing in this entire ordeal. Kept in touch with us the entire process and was a true professional. This store has some A+ workers and I just want to acknowledge them.

NO MENUs! You have to scan some QR(?) code on to your phone to see what they sell !?!!? Well…I don’t have a smart (cell) phone…so I walked out. They had no paper menu to order from…so I was physically unable to purchase their products !!! The employees were way too busy chatting among themselves to come to the front counter I was standing at !!! Go to Domino’s where they have a laminated menu on the counter AND they seem happy to serve you!.

Ordered from the store at 6:40pm. Called at 7:40pm to find out when it would arrive. Stated it had just left the store. At 8:41pm our food finally arrives after several calls. COLD. Horrible service. Call another papa John’s.

*DO NOT GO HERE* If I were visiting Orlando from an international location where there are few or no Papa Johns and this was my first experience id believe this was a horrible company. I ordered a simple medium pizza qith sausage and the driver arrived 45 minutes later (im literally across the street) with a pizza with literally zero and i mean zero cheese and just pepperoni and green pepper. When i called to have this corrected they were uninterested in any solution and said a remake would somehow take 2 hours which was not acceptable until i finally got a refund.

I went today August 12 2025, to Papa Johns Restaurant #2882 located in 11989 South Apopka Vineland Road Suit Orlando Fl 32836-7025, to redeem a Fetch e-gift card. From the moment I entered with my husband, the employee, Michael, treated me very rudely, with a look of hatred and contempt. I asked him why he was treating me so rudely. He disgustingly told me he had never seen the Fetch app. I took a receipt from my bag and showed him what Fetch was and why I had earned that card by accumulating points for uploading my purchase receipts. He continued harshly and disgustingly, speaking as if it bothered him that I was Latina. He demostrates hate all the time. I asked him to explain how I could order a chicken and vegetable pizza, and the hostile and very agitated man showed me a piece of paper with the menu. I hope the owner of this restaurant sees this comment and checks the camera. In the end, he sarcastically and mockingly gave me the pizza and wished me good afternoon. I remained silent and saddened by his mocking attitude. The pizza had almost no chicken or vegetables. He made it poorly. The white employee with light eyes and a cream-colored shirt named Michael doesn’t know how to deal with people and seems racist. In the end, I blessed him because I’m a Christian and I know God is just. Please talk to him to chage his bad behavior. He has hate in his heart and that’s not good to the people and bad to Cook food with hate.
