Ive had nothing but good experiences with other papa johns establishments but this one in particular has messed up my orders twice now so far and i can expect more in the future. If im paying extra for something added onto my pizza i expect it to be there when im paying EXTRA for it.
i will say after calling back and explaining the situation they offer to replace the pizza. nonetheless its quite ridiculous how carefree this certain location is.

Ordered my first Papa John’s pizza from this location and can safely say it will be the last Papa John’s pizza I ever order. The pizza had VERY little cheese with many slices having no cheese on them at all. Nothing like what I expect when ordering a pizza.

I have been a loyal papa Johns member for atleast 15 years. I tried to give this 0 stars but I couldn’t. The manager of the restaurant called me after I put in an order on the app on April 23, 2025, and said he had to cancel it because it was out of his jurisdiction (like he was a cop). I told him I ordered it on the app, I don’t choose where it comes from. He yelled at me. He told me to call the papa John’s on colonial and goldenrod, which happened to be closed at the time. So I reordered it online and he canceled it again. I had to go to Marcos pizza on goldenrod and University. It was amazing. Definitely recommend choosing good people and good food together. The man at papa John’s was 100% unappetizing. Marcos Pizza and you’ll never be disappointed

The delivery person stole my order saying he dropped it off. Funny I have a doorbell camera and front yard cameras. No one showed up. Then when calling back the manager said to come back and pick up the order. Funny, the delivery person is behind the counter and said he delivered it and when I said we wanna see the cameras guy started laughing in our face. Again the manager says he delivered it. The fact that no one showed up and delivery driver is laughing in our face already signals something is off of a stolen order. Stay away from this place. Nothing good, even the food is even good. Last time I order anything from here or papa johns in general. Grow up as company and stealing people’s orders…. Embarrassing franchise.

Ordered from this location after receiving a list of coupons in the mail for its grand opening. It was then redirected to DoorDash and when it was delivered after an hour, it was missing one of the two pizzas that I ordered. I was redirected to DoorDash who placed a second order for me that was canceled. At this point it was 9:30 PM and I was pizza-less. I tried calling the store about 10 times and was hung up on every single time, after was told by DoorDash to call the store to get a refund for my order. I will never order from here again. It was terrible. The pizza was not even fresh. Awful experience.

Would’ve honestly gave it a five star if it wasn’t for the guy who might have been the manager that night. He was talking to the two girls who didn’t even look over the age of 21 in the most rudest and condescending tone. He was telling one of the workers “these people Imma kill them” cause of an order and then when she asked a question he responded rude “if you’re curious can press the arrow button to scroll” And when I paid for a drink he shouted “is that someone paying?” With an attitude and I responded “yea I know right?” . I then asked if was a slow night to young girl who was helping me so nicely. She said no it’s actually busy. And then finished my check out and Told both the girls don’t let him get you. You’re doing a good job. And enjoy the night. Guess he heard me and shouted literally in a sarcastic tone “enjoy it out there”
