I don’t always go Karen, but when I do…June 2, 2023 @9pm, As I walk in the manager tells me she’ll be right with me, and turns her back on me and folds boxes for about 5mins. A delivery driver walks by and asks if I need help and I tell him I just have a pick up order. He’s very friendly, gets my order and hands it to me. I always check the pizza when I pick it up. See photo for what I opened the box to. Like it had been dropped or something. “Manager” grudgingly offered to remake it but said it would take half an hour. We had ordered other food and had been out all day so me and my family just wanted to get home so I asked for some marinara. She proceeds to give me one tiny cup of marinara, so I asked for a couple more. She cops an attitude and sighs about it. I ask her what’s the problem. “We normally charge 80cents for those” was her answer. I nearly lost my mind and went full Karen. This lady had the audacity to serve me this garbage, have an attitude with me about it, and then complain about her 80cent sauce. Apparently she couldn’t do math because me not accepting a remake saved her from dropping a free pie, but asking for sauce crossed the line?

This is the 7th time we have had our order done wrong. We have called in and one time our order was cancelled and we weren’t even notified and this time we got the wrong pizza. Was told that “we would receive a credit” but that doesn’t help our dinner… Will not be ordering again

Terrible location. I would never recommend this papá johns even to my worst enemy! Pizza was terrible, I ordered a simple regular cheese pizza and it was so thin it was practically a Dorito. Manager Christopher Gates is a liar and a con artist, doesn’t care about the customers he serves, even some people working in the restaurant all have AirPods in and completely ignore when you walk in to pick up a simple pizza…overall just a terrible experience…look elsewhere!

Do yourself a favor and save the $4.99 delivery fee and eat somewhere else… after driving to the restaurant cause no one was picking up the phone to see what’s taking so long on an order from 7:36pm a doordash driver left with my order. I decided to let it go and drive back home which took me less than 10 minutes. Got home and found our pizza on the door mat without a door bell being rung… and I know this because I left my husband at home…. I don’t know whats going on with papa johs but this is definitely not it…

It was my first time at this location. I was taking out a small plain pizza. Service was courtesy and I didn’t have to wait too long. There were no tables to dine in and it was a small restaurant.

Ordered online, was told 35 mins. Pizza showed up nearly an hour and a half later and cold. Driver just dropped it on the door and left but I didn’t select no contact delivery. Second time this has happened. Last time it was 2 hours, both times Doordash picked up the order for them. Which is annoying, because I specifically don’t use Doordarsh because they do this about every other time. Wish companies would quit farming out to them without offering any sort of discount or up front notice to cancel the order.

Papa John locations are really hit or miss. This one is generally really good. Orders are usually fresh, correct and well made. Once in a blue moon I’ll get a “meh” pizza from here with bare spots with no cheese. Can’t speak on the speed of delivery as I usually just run up there and grab it myself. Solid location.
