Absolutely terrible pizza AND dessert!! Both pizzas were white and doughy as if the dough was not properly proofed for sure and then undercooked and I ordered well done!! Terribleness all around I bought some Oreo bites wrapped in dough I guess and those were horrendous… I chalked it up to a $32 loss savior 30 or so bucks and go to Domino’s

I had a pleasant experience at this Papa John’s! They made my order very quickly and got the order correct! Their spicy sausage stuffed crust pizza was pretty good for chain pizza, though the sausage wasn’t spicy at all and the crust was pretty doughy.
Oh, and the Twix Papa Bites are nothing to write home about, pretty bland and virtually no Twix pieces.

My 2nd visit here. Each time no one greets you when you walk in. They just look at you then continue what they were doing until they decide to come over to assist you. They only ask “Are you picking up”? Then they hand you your order and say nothing else. Terrible customer service and mediocre pizza at best.

This location is definitely better than the other one in Deltona. The pizza taste better as I believe that they’re ingredients are prepped better. The staff is friendly but doesn’t always greet you upon entry. And I find it odd that none of the Papa John’s ever have music playing. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a restaurant where there’s no music of some kind playing. And I will have to say I did not see anybody eating ingredients from the production line like I did at the other one.

Well first time I tried it down here in Florida and they cured me of ever wanting to try another pizza from here. They pizza didn’t even seem cooked, very doughy, hardly any toppings. Worst pizza I ever had!

I tried to give them a second chance but they screwed us again, paid for the extra sauce and garlic knots and didn’t receive them. Told me to come pick them up. What’s the point of a delivery service. Would give 2 thumbs down. BOTH TIMES!!!!

So after a long day at work in Orlando and driving to Volusia County the app makes it easy to order ahead and pick up a warm toasty pizza. Well they forgot to cut the pizza, no peppeocchini and no garlic sauce for 16 bucks. Horrendous.
