Depending on who is at the register your service may be good or bad. The food is of poor quality, underdone and I have quite literally seen people eat ingredients while they are over on the production line while making pizzas.

We used to order from Papa John’s regularly. We now order from other restaurants around the area. This used to be one of the best Papa John’s in the area.
The outside has really a run down look. The canopy is faded and the curb bumper are all scraped and dirty. The side walk is black and covered in old gum. The soffits are dirty. Really is not an inviting store front.
The pizza is usually good. Today I ordered the Philly with mushrooms instead of green peppers. The cook was the only one in the store and took and made my order. He said it would be ten minutes. Before the ten minutes were up he brought the pizza out to my car. When I got home I realized that there were green peppers on the pizza. No one in my house eats green pepper except maybe my daughter.

We ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and a Pepperoni Pizza. We received these pizzas instead. I have no idea what the black olives and pineapple monstrosity is, but it’s not a pepperoni pizza. The side of the box even says pepperoni. It’s like they got mad that we ordered on a Friday night and just chucked random toppings on it. Spoke to the “manager” and he fought me saying he made the pizza himself and didn’t believe me there were the wrong toppings. He refused to give us a refund and only begrudgingly claimed to send a remade pizza after I threatened a bad review. Awful service, awful food, awful attitude. Don’t order here.

I ordered an Alfredo Papa Bowl. The portion barely covered the bottom of the bowl. The bowl is 3 times the size of the portion. Will not order it again. Still like their pizza though.

I just got one of the best pizzas ever!! from Papa John’s on Providence Blvd./Normandy in Deltona, FL! I’m retired, and so I’ve ordered many pizzas in my day, so “one of the best” really means something.
The ingredients were fresh and tasty, cooked to perfection, and the pizza itself looked like it was from a photo shoot, so delicious! Wow!

Picked up 6 pre ordered pizzas for my kids birthday bash yesterday, and they were fresh, hot and delicious. The gentleman up front helped me carry them out to my car as well. We drive here and order at this location all the way from Orange City, because they always provide great service and fresh food!
