Over the years, the quality at Papa John’s has gotten terrible. “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza” should no longer be their slogan, because that’s something they no longer provide. The ingredients don’t seem fresh, the pizza is often bland, and the crust is no longer fluffy like it used to be. Overall, it’s just disappointing now.

I ordered a pizza today and the general mgr. Took my order He was pleasant to talk to. There were a few things I ask for they didn’t do in the size and configuration but he aimed to please. And that he did..the pizza was delivered at the time he said it would be. The driver was also very professional and kind. The pizza was one of the best I ever had. Great job papa John’s I do recomend and will be eating pizza from this location many times in the future. ..

I ordered 2 large pies for delivery that some how got kicked out of there system. I was waiting a total of 2hrs including trying to talk with someone by phone. I ended up getting into my car and driving to the location even though I ordered delivery. Long story short, Will the store manager hooked me up with a free order and another set of large pies for free as well whenever I choose to cash in on the promise. Great job will for not taking it personal when I was heated and going the extra mile with free pizzas!!!

Gave it 2 stars because it was cheaper than a DUI. Would’ve been inedible if I didn’t have enough beer and sangria to chase every bite with. There are only 3 things this dry on planet earth, deserts, asphalt, and married P. I’m pretty much done with Papa John’s. You get better pizza with a loaf of French bread, a jar of cheap sauce, a bag of shredded cheese and a microwave

I order a cheese pizza for delivery. The pizza arrived at time they said it will be deliver, but the pizza was old. It look like a pizza that made earlier and they heated up hours later and send it to us. When I call the manager he said that it a little longer to get it deliver. But I am sorry the cheese was dry not melting like it should be. When you order don’t give the tip in advance and check your pizza before the driver leaves. Domino don’t deliver to us anymore because they say we are to far, but there pizza always arrive nice and hot with the cheese melting.

This location has went down hill over the last few yrs. They rarely make your order correctly. Then want to argue about what toppings they put on the pizza so they don’t have to replace it. Not to mention that I had it delivered and the gentleman wanted me to bring the pizza back to them. Unacceptable. You never argue with customers. Especially telling them that you didn’t put olives on the pizza when I’m looking at the olives. That man needs to learn customers service techniques. Then he tells me that it will be 37-47mins. That’s even putting my order in front. Unacceptable again. Now one pizza is here and my family doesn’t get to eat together.

We ordered pizza tonight. Then waited and waited and waited. We checked the app to see where they were at and it said completed. We never got the pizza! Guy on the phone was nice and gave us credits but had no idea why the driver didn’t come to our house. I know sometimes they have trouble finding our place but could have called. I’m furious. It’s very late and my family is hungry. Not cool pizza driver. NOT COOL!

Papa John’s pizza is papa John’s pizza no matter where you go. But this particular store corrects any issues if they make a mistake. The other day I ask for a square slice instead of regular slices. They ended up giving me regular slices, so to make it up they gave Some condiments are offered to make my pizza again. There’s so much value in trying to make it right, it’s something seen in a lot of restaurants these days

I ordered online and came in to picked up the order it says it is ready. When i arrived, one co-worker couldn’t find my order and asked another co-worker who made the order where the pizza is located. First, he said its in the oven, then laughed and said he gave my order to another customer. Im not sure if it was an accident, no one told me the next step and I had to ask what I have to do about it since I already purchase a pizza.They looked confused, I decided to get a refund since I was in a hurry and the way its was handle was unprofessional. I would recommend others to avoid these workers and try another location.
