I ordered extra sauce on my pizza and recieved hardly any. I ordered boneless wings and I got a bowl of chicken nuggets — like the kind you get from McDonald’s –with some barbecue sauce poured on top. Then they gave me extra buffalo sauce on the side instead of more barbeque. I asked for a refund of just the wings and they said it wasn’t possible but that they could give me a credit for a free pizza instead. Why would I want another bad pizza? I was so excited for this little treat and they honestly ruined my night.

This location is so friendly. One time picking up, I witnessed the whole restaurant tell their drivers to “Drive Safe” when they went out for a delivery. I loved seeing the extra step to make safety important. They are also in good habit to double check the order before handing it over. We’ve never had a missed or wrong order from this location.

We ordered two pizzas that never arrived but the tracker said were delivered. Manager Miles Lynn wouldn’t even pick up the phone and instead relayed the information through an associate. They informed me that since the order showed up as completed in their system they weren’t going to do anything about the missing pizza, and that I needed to get off the phone as the manager had other issues to deal with. I had to call corporate and leave a complaint with them. We’ll see if they do anything to correct the situation, but I will NEVER order from them again and you shouldn’t either.

We were visiting Gainesville and had Papa John’s pizza delivered to our hotel. Our kids had never tried it before and after tasting Papa John’s they thought it was the best pizza ever!!! The staff was friendly and the delivery was quick! We got the 2 large pizzas that is like the Supreme with stuffed crust and they were SO DELICIOUS!!!! I wish we had a Papa John’s in our area! Best pizza ever!!! I am not a pizza sauce person and I love how light the sauce is. I don’t like when pizza places overly sauces their pizza. These pizzas were not like that at all! We will definitely order again when we are back in Gainesville!
