Girl dropped our food in the floor, hoped nobody noticed and got called out on it because thankfully we saw her drop it. Almost ate floor food. So I do the review, because, they’re gross, it says “would you like to be contacted”… Of course I would. So I gave their crappy customer service a week, and they never bothered. So, now they get this review instead. There is much better pizza options in town, and after looking at your reviews it looks like I was pretty late to finding out this location is a joke, as is it’s management. Edit: wanted to point out it’s now been weeks no contact. I’m starting to think they don’t care

Wow this is subpar performance! Bacon and onion pizza had all the onions the few that were there all piled in the center and just a dusting of bacon on it. The other literally had all the toppings placed in the center and outer 3 inches were bare! And we waited 45 min for this… we’re too hungry to reject it and the thought of having to wait another 45 was out of the question! Definitely not happy! The request for correction was rudely told oh you were at the busy time and so just take it as it is. They have no concern for customer satisfaction! Manager is rude and condescending to customers.

It’s been at least 15 years since we’ve had a Papa John’s pizza. We decided to use their 50% off deal to give them another try. This location is old and only had 2 employees working. We ordered the works pizza. Overall it had a fair amount of toppings, but almost no sauce and not a lot of cheese. The sauce is really bland, as no spice at all. It was nothing but tomato sauce. Certainly no reason to go back here in the future.

Rude staff. It’s not my fault you’re short-handed. Tell the franchise owner to stop being greedy and pay another person so you’re not by yourself. When I entered the store I was immediately told if you want something you’re going to have to wait. What a way to greet a customer. I can’t believe the gentleman with the long hair even has a job. With all the pizza options in Milton and Pace I will start finding another one. You have lost my business

4 super risky dinky slices of Bacon on the Pizza, and the Second pizza was not cut and so hard to chewy, I was so tempted to bring this back… OMG…. no wonder this place has a 3.4 star review…. I mean, cutting cost, by cutting toppings is very Rude.. just saying.. please please try to be better… you are a pretty cool place to get pizza. My son choose you over all other places and he seldom goes off his norm… I wish to see your rating rise…

Decided on the Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust pizza. I must say the Crust was filled with plenty of cheese. Garlic taste was lacking in the cheese. The Crust and the remaining pizza was flavorful and delicious. Our one topping choice was pepperoni. Each slice was laid to perfection. Couldn’t have asked for a better tasting pizza. It was even delicious cold! And don’t forget the Garlic dipping sauce

I understand that they were busy but they could have sauced the wings. The order was late past 40mins. It looked like unsauced wings with drizzle of sauce. So there were pieces of dry wings with no sauce not what we paid for. Then the chicken Parm bites were flat and in consistent in how many you get in one order.

I DoorDash part-time for supplemental income. I came in for an order tonight and was about to get my order when the short handicapped girl came running around the corner screaming I can’t pick up an order. The reason-“because the general manager said I unassigned an order couple days ago and didn’t take it”. Yes In fact I did. I came in for two orders and neither was ready, again the handicap girl was there and told me it would be ready in two minutes . 10 mins later it still wasn’t ready. So I simply unassigned and left . We get paid by the order not the hour. I’m not required by anyone to take an order . I work for myself as an independent contractor. Well when I was told that tonight, naturally I have to call DoorDash and tell them why the order isn’t released to me. While on hold I asked for the girls name with the attitude “the manager” told me don’t worry about it. And when on to say I didn’t need his name either. When I finally got released from the order DOORDASH tells me they informed her im banned from the store . Absolutely No problem. I also ban myself from ordering food from you guys for home and work. So during all this time the customers food sat on the rack for a good 30 minutes. The manager asked me to Unassign while I was on hold so he can get it to them. Ummmm no , not the way it works. Absolutely pitiful customer service from Matt the manager (yeah your coworkers told me outside your name) and the handicap chick has an issue with thinking she can tell everyone what to do , and not too mention The GM Karen Scott whom supposedly “Banned me” , haha. All because I didn’t wanna wait on a order that was already passed on by a papa Johns driver because there wasn’t a tip. Papa Johns can do better. I’m waiting on your call Mr. Rich Robert’s so we can discuss further.
