My parents order a specialty bbq chicken pizza, they received it without the bbq.
They called back and got a new one sent out promptly, but as my father was walking to the door to receive the pizza, he opened the door to find the new pizza placed on the ground in front of the door, even though there where chairs and a table they could’ve easily sat it on. Granted, my parents are elderly, and it took my father a moment longer to walk to the door, but in no way, shape or form, should their pizza have been left on the ground.
A few extra moments of patience would have ended in a tip for the driver, and I wouldn’t be writing this negative review.

Went there today after work, my wife ordered it and they were having technical issues with their system but Rick was amazing! He made sure we were taken care of. He made our pizzas right there in front of me and we had a good conversation. Rick is a great guy! Its hard to find down to earth people these days but as long as he’s running this location we will keep coming back. I feel like he took a high pressure situation and handled it very well. Thank you Rick!

I placed it to go order and needless to say that everything I got was wrong. I ordered a pizza and one of their new desserts And I got two orders Of pull apart, cinnamon bread. As a manager in the hospitality industry, I understand I placed an order within your last hour of clothes, but that doesn’t mean you have to give me the short end of the stick because you don’t feel like doing your job. My employees would not have a job if they did this to one of our guests.

Papa Johns sucks but this one is one of the worst. Ordered with them several times and waited way to long for delivery. When I called, I was told they used DoorDash that particular evening to deliver because the were short staffed (this happened multiple times) and the delivery was already made. Sure enough there is a pizza sitting outside on the ground for who knows how long. Instead of offering to send a new one out or give a credit, they were like just come and get another one…which kind of defeats the purpose of pizza delivery. I gave them 3 chances and this same scenario occured all 3 times..so never again. The manager is rude and did not care. Therefore I won’t ever be using them again. Hungry Howies and Dominos are way better for pizza delivery, better customer service and better food. Stay away from this hot mess of a so called pizza place.

10/10 experience with the Gulf Breeze Papa Johns location.
Currently visiting from out of town for my best friends wedding. We were exhausted from being busy all day with setting up/breaking down & with all the other fun wedding festivities… so we decided to surprise the newlyweds with a pizza party! I placed an order online and unfortunately I was unable to leave a note so I ended up calling the store. After being on a quick hold, Shaun answered the phone and was able to help me. I asked if there was anyway that 1 pizza in my order could somehow, someway be shaped into a heart for the bride & groom. Shaun was up for the challenge & told me he would try his absolute best and I was perfectly okay with it. Fast forward 5 minutes, I got a phone call from the store and it was Shaun. He explained to me that he found a heart shaped pizza cutter & was 100% willing to do this for us! He then proceeded to ask if I wanted the pizza cut or not due to it being in a heart shape & I said whatever works best for him!
When I arrived to the store, he was the only one working & he was working so hard!!! Pizzas were made on time & ready to go and let me tell yall…
The pizza came out PERFECT!
He even made a second heart shaped pizza because of the “shrinkage” that was caused due to the shape. <3
I never really leave reviews like this… but Shaun deserves it! 10/10 worker. PJ’s… you are very lucky to have him. My man deserves a raise!!!! Thank you Shaun!!!!!!!!!! <3 <3 <3

Horrible! Said it was on the way which was 12 minutes away. A little over 30 minutes later they finally pulled into hotel after passing it up.. Pizza was cold by time it got here. Half of most the slices were just crust and didn’t have sauce/toppings. Taste wasn’t up to par. Driver even asked if I had a pen he could use cause he didn’t bring one. Highly disappointed. Would not order from this location ever again.

We ordered on the Papa Johns App on Sunday, 10/5 at 5:48 pm. Once our order was placed, the app indicated that delivery was estimated in 26-36 minutes. It should have been here between 6:14 pm and 6:24 pm. After waiting for 55 minutes, I called the local restaurant to check on our order. We were told that it would be there within five minutes. It was not here within five minutes. It finally did show up at 6:56 pm, more than an hour after ordering or 68 minutes. The breadsticks were burned. Not surprisingly, the pizza and breadsticks were not hot. We did not receive an apology when we called. We are very disappointed in the quality of the food and the customer service.
