Placed a walk-in order on Saturday night and was greeted kindly by the solo worker. He was efficient and the pizza was great. Parking lot was very dim, so it was hard to see at night.

I love papa johns but the last three times I’ve order from this one the delivery service has been slow, there was very little toppings on both the meats and the Hawaiian, and the original crust was extremely thick around the edges. All seems to be a way to cut costs. We’ll be going to another franchise from now on.

Called on February 18th 2025 to get a price on pizza as I was going to send my other half over there on her way home from work. That was until they told me how much it was…. The same amount that Lost Pizza charges…. And they have pizza that is 50 times better ! No I will never go back there again. Not to mention every time you call their establishment you get a customer service line on the other side of the world. Ridiculous. Pathetic. If I wanted to talk to someone on the other side of the world I would answer the phone when those call centers call me. My advice is to change your business habits per se.

I purchased dinner here last night. I was attended to by a female worker who was very polite & courtious. I wish I would’ve asked her , her name. She deserves recognition from her superior. She mentioned that the establishment was busy & Info me that there was a bit of a wait. She was polite in explaining this & I Info her that everything was fine My 2 pizzas were very tasty ( Per My Family ) & I really appreciate the professionalism & courtious treatment I received from her. This place discriminated towards my disabled veteran husband. My husband stopped here to get our pizza and we have been told before to just pull up outside the door at the curb and EVERYONE else does it. Well upon my husband getting out of the car to just go in quickly to pick our pizza up he had a VERY RUDE, VERY INCONSIDERATE, VERY DISRESPECTFUL guy employee come out and tell him move the car over to the parking spots (which are a lot farther away) that he couldn’t just pull up right there to come in and get his pizza. My husband explained to the guy that he uses the car to get up on the curb to go inside the guy RUDELY said I don’t give a damn parking is over there. The way the guy was so RUDE was just OUTRAGEOUS! While in store getting our pizza 2 Door Dashers parked right outside the door where my husband was parked and the guy didn’t say a word to them. It was like let’s pick on the disabled guy kinda thing. This is just WRONG in so many ways. I REFUSE TO GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND PROBABLY WON’T ORDER PAPA JOHN’S FOR A LONG TIME AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS INTERACTION!!!

Ordered 2 with extra cheese and pepperoni. Delivery of less than a mile away was listed as 60-70 minutes which sounds ridiculous for a Monday night. It got here after only about 50 minutes which was nicer than over an hour but the pizza was barely warm. The pizza itself was made very well and had a good amount of toppings. The delivery driver was a very nice woman who socially distanced and wore a mask so we really appreciated that.
Pizza and driver get 5 stars but the time for delivery gets 1 star. If you have a car just go pick it up if you want it more than barely warm.

The epic pepperoni stuff crust was good, just as expected. We also ordered a thin crust with , pepperoni, and ham. There was VERY little bacon. And the crust was soggy. I’m not sure if this is how it is supposed to be, but it was definitely a letdown. Delivery was faster then expected. And they followed the directions we left for them. But oh my don’t get the thin crust !!!!

Ordered online for lunch. At pickup, I remembered that a 2 liter was ordered that wasn’t given. I asked if there was soda on the order. He said no. There absolutely was soda on the order. Had to stop and buy more soda. Get to work, open it up, bread sticks are clearly old. I ordered a papadia. Asked for a certain sauce on the side, gave me the wrong sauce. Prices are thru the roof and I can’t even get what I ordered? I’ll be making a complaint with the manager and corporate also.
