I have ordered from here the last few times and the pizza is gross and terrible. It’s either burnt and dry, or cold. Also, order delivery one time and they just didn’t bring half my food. Then the delivery guy called to find out why and they said they just didn’t have the wings in stock. Maybe tell me that before I placed the order? The manager was very nice and offered a refund each time, but that’s not the point. I’m left with no dinner for a bunch of kids, but some money back. I’m done with Papa Johns.

sending orders to doordash is gonna ruin this place. You’ll get redirected to DoorDash AFTER paying. Then your delivery time doubles. And you end up with cold pizza. Wasted 30$ for BS. Do better papa John’s. Y’all suck

I got a small pepperoni pizza with an extra ingredient that almost broke my tooth. Not sure what it is and the manager doesn’t know either! I broke this thing open with a HAMMER and still can’t figure out what it is. Manager seemed to not care! Do not order here if you don’t want food poisoning or a broken tooth!

I love Papa Johns, but this one is by far the worst. They are never on time. I understand delays, but just tell me truth with delivery times.
Update: 11.09.23 thought maybe it would be different. Mostly wanted garlic sauce for future orders at better pizza places and I didn’t want to pick up. Another disappointment. Today the pizza was burnt and cold. I have NEVER thrown away pizza. Took 2 bites one slice for me and one for the hubby and we threw out the rest.

Papa John’s has always been my go to for chicken wings. However my most recent order consisted of tinee-winee chicken wings and burnt garlic knots. If my next order consists of tinee-winee chicken wings or burnt garlic knots Winnie ring wings or burnt food, it will be my last papa John’s order. I just don’t understand why any restaurant would send out burnt food. Do they honestly think the customer is going to be OK with receiving burnt food?

Ordered pizza and received confirmation email at 553pm on October 9, 2024 with estimated delivery time in 30-40 minutes. At approximately 620 the tracker said 15 minutes delivery time, as it kept saying every time I checked it until 700 when I called the store and ended up speaking with Jonathan who canceled the order and started another one so that my pizza would be hot. Shortly after that I ordered another pizza from Dominos mostly because I’d given up and we were HUNGRY! Y’alls came first around 800 but it was lukewarm at best. I will say this is the first time that this has been a problem and I’m convinced that you swapping from your own drivers to Doordash is the reason why!
