It’s really hit or miss for this location, the most recent I got a large pizza with 5 toppings (one of which was cheese). They barely added the toppings, the pizza wasn’t even cut right, my extra cheese “topping” wasn’t done as one area of pizza didnt even have ANY cheese on it. $27 for a discounted pizza that doesnt look like a large and barely has what you asked for is crazy

Smelled great walking in, service was up to par. I called before placing my order online, to ask for specific cooking instructions on a chicken bacon ranch pizza I wanted executed, and they nailed it.
There was zero wait. Food was ready on time.
Workers were covered in flour, which comes with the territory, and tells me they are hard at work. Sometimes you need a break from Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Papa John’s has more of an authentic taste to it.

THE worst Papa John’s in town. I accidentally ordered at this location and I regretted it from the moment I placed the order. They called me as soon as I placed it to tell me they couldn’t make my pizza a stuffed pepperoni so I asked if they could make it just cheese stuffed and they said no, they could only make a regular pizza. The person calling me sounded so annoyed from the get, like I was the one messing up. I asked if they could just change the size to a bigger one in lieu of the missing stuffed pepperoni, they said no. Again, they sounded so annoyed I even asked. So I ended up adding an order of chicken papa bites on top of my normal pizza. When I got my pizza, it didn’t look uniform to the ingredients I picked not to mention it was the grossest-tasting pizza—below mediocre. The chicken papa bites were basically dried out bread bites, nasty! Save yourself the trouble and drive the extra 9 minutes to go to the Lake Ella location, they know what they’re doing.

Employees are smoking inside the restaurant and the smell is disgusting. When I mentioned it, they blamed it on the bar next door. It’s obvious that the cigarette smoke is coming from inside the store, from the back room behind the mirror. Fix it!

Normally I wouldn’t do this but an employee at papa John’s is smoking cigarettes inside the bathroom . I came in last night and it was so strong in the bathroom and inside restaurant , then I came in again today @ 1pm even stronger than last night .i made notice to the smell (almost immediately it was blamed on the bar next door) This is a food establishment , I’ve been coming here for 3 years multiple times a week and have never ever ever experienced this location smelling like cigarette smoke…. Then to blame it on the bar next door . As I’m waiting I’m witnessing a customer cover his nose with his shirt. I am a smoker myself , an don’t feel this is acceptable . Needless to say someone at night is smoking like a chimney in there

Staff are very friendly and personable, however, the past three times we’ve ordered from this location— we asked for extra mushrooms and pepperoni, and paid for extra, and there was barely any of each on the pizza. Asked for light cheese and Parmesan garlic crust, both requests were ignored as well. It’s not the end of the world, but just expect the most basic version of your order. At least they’re fast at making it.
