The food I order from here is always fresh and delicious. Deliveries are always on time and very quick. The people that deliver are so friendly and nice. I especially enjoy the older man that delivers pizzas, the one that delivered to my house last night. He’s just so polite I wish I knew his name. Always wonderful service from him

Going in to pick up pizza with my service dog. I was verbally attacked by night manager. He was combative rude an uneducated on how to have human interactions. This was the second attack on us. I tried to educate him the first time but he was unreceptive to lessen. He refuses show compassion towards someone with disabilities and their need for a service animal. He reaction is in direct violation of State and Federal ADA laws and violations to my civil rights.

Horrible! Medium 2 topping and a 2 liter. $32. Didn’t deliver the 2 liter. My delivery lady went and bought it herself and brought me ice. I reimbursed her. The pizza is NOT NY style. Yinz need to go to Philly or NY and learn how to make it. Folding it between my fingers is not NY. And the slices are as big as my hand. Ended up costing me almost $50 for a medium and 2 liter.

I been getting my ” ” pizza from Papa John’s Pizza on Merrill Road in Jacksonville Florida for over 9 years and always received five star service until today. I always liked there wacky Wednesday specials which are outstanding. I always get a large meat lovers thin crust and that’s it. Called my order in and for some reason, I got there call center, big mistake. The guy ” ” on the phone kept trying to add more on my order and continued to tell him know that’s all I wanted. He added there garlic sauce a charge of 99 cents and 2 packs of Parmesan cheese which is 50 cents each, they were free in the past. Never telling me it’s a charge now for them.?? What is pizza ” ” without ” ” Parmesan cheese.?? Now I just got a call from the manager of the store named (TIM) and he was real nice and apologize about the problem with my order. He even gave me a free pizza with my next order.!! ” ” Thanks TIM and for that I give you five stars for your super service ” “..!!

Pizza deal was good…the bogo. Just wish the dough was better. .. I got hand tossed. Recommend a better one but the store was fine. Pizza was about 10 to 15 minutes later from what I was told.
