The number goes to a call center and not the store. I got a medium pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. It came with neither. I used to manage a papa John’s and know how much pepperoni comes normally and with extra. I couldn’t get a hold of the store and was far away before I realized that my pizza was not what I ordered. I will not be back. I highly recommend dominos in green cove. I stopped there to get a pizza on my way home after seeing the disappointment Papa John’s served me. I showed the manager of dominos my pizza and he made me a medium with extra cheese and extra pepperoni for the price of a normal pizza. That’s where I will go from now on. It’s sad because I’ve always been a papa John’s fan and this one is on my way home. But I won’t be back. I recommend checking your pizza before leaving because I paid almost $19 for a pizza with more sauce than cheese.

I ordered a half-and-half pizza with extra cheese on both sides, but unfortunately the extra cheese wasn’t there. The pizza itself tasted good and was fresh, but I was a little disappointed since extra cheese was part of what I paid for. Hopefully this can be double-checked on future orders. Thank you.

I was initially worried as they told me over the phone it was going to be 15 minutes, I showed up at 15 minutes and the guy said they hadn’t even started it. I’m glad I checked back as it was done 5 or 10 minutes later.
I didn’t have very high hopes until I saw how well made the pizza was. Probably one of the better made pizzas from Papa John’s I’ve had.

Had an issue last nite with order via Door Dash.
Called store and Manger resolved issue over and beyond. He had new food out, even late. After probably 13 yrs, it was the best food. We ordered stuffed crusted cheese pizza, Honey Chipotle wings, and the BBQ with pineapple/roma/chicken.
I cannot say enough of Customer service.

This company is a joke. You file a complaint, and nothing happens. You talk to the manager, and they just don’t care.The GM is a piece of work. The roof is collapsing above the ceiling tiles. There is standing water in the ceiling.And there’s mold everywhere.

Ok, so typically PJ’S is my kids go to for basic pizza. Never really an issue. However, this time we got the thin crispy parm crust pizza. Kids ate it, but yuk. Tasted like a keto inspired pizza. And what is the white sauce near the end of each slice? I mean, look closely at the pic. First bite is this nasty gooey white cream that you don’t expect and isn’t even on the description. The saving grace was the BBQ Chicken/bacon pizza and breadsticks we also got. Just really disappointed with this visit. BUT, the service is always great. Never an issue there. But this pizza was an absolute waste.
