I placed an order on New Year’s Day and was planning on using a Papa John’s gift card from Christmas. I verified the balance before I went in, and when I went to pay the order. I swipe the gift card, and the employee walked away. When I asked what the remaining balance was to pay, he started tapping on the screen and told me to swipe the gift card again. This time when I swiped it, it said insufficient balance. I asked him why it’s not showing a remaining balance after I swiped the first time and that the Gift card has already been processed. I then had to log onto the Papa Johns gift card website to review the transaction history. It doesn’t show transaction and only showed a $0 balance.
After a half hour of trying to reach customer service, I gave up and went elsewhere

Do not order half and half. Toppings will be on 3/4 of the pizza and your wife will be angry about it. Also they make the pizza with 2 inch of plain crust.

Ordered a works pizza. Half no cheese.
Recieved a half works pizza and half just cheese pizza. Large breakdown in COMMUNICATION.
Also ordered 2, 20 oz drinks got 1 20 and a 1 liter. Wont.ever order from this location again. Thanks but no thanks.

Ordered 2 papadias, one buffalo chicken with onions on accident and one parmesan encrusted steak and cheese papadia. I realized I got onions on the buffalo after I ordered so I called to see if they could fix it before it was delivered. The manager answered right away and even though he sounded super busy, took the time to fix my mistake and make sure my order came as how I wanted it. Thats how customer service should be! The food came within 30 minutes and it was as hot as it came out of the oven. The papadias are a hit and if you haven’t had them yet, give them a go!

Poor customer service!! I ordered from the website and door dash was supposed to deliver.. The driver canceled my order and stole my pizza. When calling the store the “manager” Joe was very nonchalant about the entire situation. I had to pick up my own damn pizza. He didn’t care at all that someone stole my pizza. Do better papa johns.. Extremely upset about the service. I do expect my refund!
